A great apartment in Modena - bright, modern, clean, comfortable, and well-located!

It was a very nice, bright, modern, clean, comfortable, well-located apartment. It was terrific to be in a building with an elevator, and to have a shared washer and dryer available for our use. Our host, Michele, was very friendly, responsive and helpful, and available quickly to resolve any questions that came up.

Everything was really excellent - my only suggestion to have made it perfect is to provide a written page or two of information about the features in the apartment. For example, how does the safe in the bedroom work? Where to put out the trash? How can I get some extra trash bags? How does the AC work? How do the washer and dryer work? And maybe a suggestion or two about good shops nearby like the bakery across the street or the cafe/bar on the corner of the big street. Our host answered questions quickly and I was able to figure out a lot of things by myself, but having that information up front would have simplified things and made the experience perfect! Also providing some coffee machine pods in the apartment would be a nice gesture, since that type of pod is fairly difficult to find in the local markets. And finally, just to comment that from time to time, there is an odor that comes up through the drains. We noticed this in a variety of places in Modena, so we realize it’s just a characteristic of the town. All that said, these are suggestions that would make an excellent experience into a perfect experience, and we would definitely want to stay here again when we return to Modena!

Einfach perfekt!

Das Appartement war geräumig, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Bad war sehr schön und modern. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Das Einchecken per Handy und diversen Codes hat sehr gut und problemlos funktioniert. Im Appartement standen Wasser, Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, um sich selbst etwas zu kochen. Michele stand für alle Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Apartamento muy tranquilo y super bien equipado

Hay todo lo básico para estancia de varios dias. Super cómodo que tiene aire acondicionado pues los dias estuvieron muy calurosos. Buen gusto en la decoracion, todo se ve muy armónico y relajante pues es una decoracion neutra y minimalista. Hay suficiente espacio y lugar donde poner tus artículos personales. Se hacen 2 minutos caminando a via Emilia. Hay panaderia, farmacia, etc muy cerca.

No tengo quejas. Tal vez sería mas cómodo un colchon un poco mas suave. Pero en general esta en muy buenas condiciones.
