Quiet and comfortable little apartment, happily stay there again.

Lovely little apartment in a quiet area of the town, short pleasant walk to your choice of cafes. Clean and very comfortable with all the facilities we needed. Super helpful host.

Around 7 or 8 flights of very steep stairs to negotiate with heavy luggage, would be fine for people travelling with only backpacks or light luggage.

Awful lighting.

No kettle. Poor lighting. GU10 lights are good spotlights for shops. But terrible lighting for homes. Carrying bags up 4 floors ie 68 steps. The advert mentioned no lift yes but didn't state it was 4 floors up.

It is at the 4th floor which was not mentioned. I have some really heavy luggage and it was absolutely nightmare to get it up the stairs. Also the water in the sink have hard time coming down the pipes.

Beautiful modern apartment, cosey and inviting

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing, clean, and modern apartment right in the heart of Modena. The location couldn’t be better – walking distance to everything you’d want to see and do in the city. The apartment itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy, and the showering facilities were excellent. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable throughout our stay, which was a bonus. A special mention must go to our host, Tatiana. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was easy, and she was quick to respond to any questions we had – truly a standout host.

The only downside was that the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator, and this wasn’t clearly indicated in the Booking.com listing. Carrying two heavy suitcases up eight flights of stairs was quite challenging. However, aside from that, everything else was absolutely brilliant and we’d definitely recommend this place – just pack light!

Le scale per arrivare all’appartamento sono molto ripide quindi appena arrivate con i bagagli abbiamo fatto un po’ di fatica

No sabría decir....

Está muy bien situado para acceder a la estación de ferrocarril y al casco histórico. Todo muy limpio.

Es problema fundamental son las zonas comunes del interior del edificio, que están muy mal conservadas y cochambrosas. Para acceder al apartamento hay que subir cinco pisos por una escalera empinada y cochambrosa. Aunque luego el apartamento está limpio y modernizado con algo de gusto.

Appartamento piccolo ma caldo e confortevole. Cucina provvista di tutto il necessario e letto comodo. Bagno pulito e asciugamani in dotazione. Ben illuminato, profumato e pulito.

Struttura facilmente e velocemente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione. In pieno centro città, vicino a bar, ristoranti e negozi vari. L’appartamento è bello come in fotografia, nuovo, profumato e pulito. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Ottima posizione in centro a Modena ma lontano dal rumore, appartamento piccolo ma ben arredato. Host disponibile e ottima comunicazione. Consigliato

All'ultimo piano di un edificio storico, quindi se si hanno problemi di deambulazione potrebbe essere problematico. Per ogni ospite è stato messo a disposizione un asciugamano grande da doccia e uno piccolo per il bidet, sarebbe stato utile anche un asciugamano da viso.

Struttura nuova, rinnovata da poco, situata in posizione centrale. Nonostante gli spazi non siano ampi, l'appartamento è molto grazioso, confortevole e accogliente. Cucina attrezzata, bagno e camera nella norma, tutto pulito e nuovo. Proprietaria molto disponibile.

MODENA BELLA E AMARA

Locale accogliente e comodo nel centro di Modena, cortesia assoluta della proprietaria che ha dovuto aspettare il nostro arrivo fino a tarda serata

Piccola nota di demerito... dovrebbe stare alla proprietaria avvertire preventivamente che il locale è in zona ZTL e fornire indicazione di dove parcheggiare... me ne torno a casa in attesa sicuro di una bella multa :(

Bell'appartamento in posizione ottimale ma ....

La zona è molto comoda, l’appartamento è ben ristrutturato, arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto. Non abbiamo incontrato l’host xchè il chek in viene fatto con whatzapp e le chiavi le ritirate nell’ormai consueto box vicino alla porta dell’appartamento che scoprirete solo al vs arrivo essere al 4 piano

ASSOLUTAMENTE SCORRETTO limitarsi a dire che non c’è ascensore e non indicare CHIARAMENTE nella descrizione che viene fatta su booking che si trova al IV piano (circa 70 gradini alti e stretti) Per cui se avete anche una piccola limitazione alla deambulazione: forse non fa al caso vostro? se avete una certa età: forse non fa al caso vostro? se avete valige +/- pesanti: forse non fa al caso vostro? se avete bimbi: forse non fa al caso vostro? E comunque il gestore omettendo info di questo tipo distorce la ns libera scelta (rischiando di incorrere in Frode nell'esercizio del commercio (art. 515 c.p.): Questa fattispecie si applica quando si omettono informazioni su caratteristiche, qualità o provenienza di beni o servizi, inducendo in errore l'acquirente.) Ma ciò che è peggio, con scambio messaggi su wzapp, prima ha cercato di farmi credere che fosse indicato e poi che booking ha limitazioni nelle descrizioni … PECCATO!!! Proprio questa settimana ho soggiornato a Zermatt ed il gestore oltre aver chiaramente scritto nella descrizione che l’appartamento era in collina e si dovevano fare delle scale all’atto della prenotazione mi ha inviato mail ribadendolo e addirittura consigliandomi eventuale opzione ma io ho scelto comunque il suo appartamento. GESTIONE DIFFERENTE?!?! Ho dato voto 6 per non far scendere troppo il voto della struttura che comunque è confortevole e ottimamente ristrutturata ed arredata.

Era tutto pulito ed in ordine, posizionata in pieno centro, dotata di due climatizzatori super efficienti.

L’appartamento era a quarto piano con delle scale abbastanza scomode, soprattutto per chi è alto. La doccia è un po’ piccolina per qualcuno di abbastanza alto

La posizione ottima, l'appartamento nuovo, curato e pulito. Estremamente luminoso e silenzioso

quarto piano senza ascensore con scalini estremamente ripidi e stretti. Difficile da gestire con un bambino piccolo, passeggino e bagagli pesanti!

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique : quartier ancien, bien rénové et très calme. L'hôtesse nous a contacté avant notre arrivée pour nous guider vers l'appartement. Une personne très agréable, à l'écoute et disponible. L'ouverture de l'immeuble s'est faite à distance de manière automatique. L'appartement est lumineux, bien restauré, bien équipé et confortable. Appartement à recommander.
