Internal spiral stairs are narrow.

Great spot.

Very quaint and cosy. Comfortable room and space. Great views out the kitchen and living room windows. Nice location.

The 3 levels split between entry, bedroom/bathroom and then Kitchen/ living room was fine for me but it’s a steep spiral staircase between them so it may be a challenge for people with any mobility issues. Even just a hurt knee would have a hard time. Also, pillows were weirdly thick and uncomfortable.

Perfect location and brilliant host, highly recommend!!

Location was perfect, host was incredible, present, helpful and so hospitable. The views from the top floor were excellent and the kitchen was well equipped.

The shower was a little awkward at times, nicer selection of tea would have been preferable as they were all vanilla and the pigeons were noisy in the morning walking around the roof/shutters near the bedroom.

Unusual place with a special mood

The Apartament is in the historical heart of Modena. I loved the view over the city roofs and kind of unusual lay out of the rooms (an apartment literally built in a tower). The kitchenette had all what you could possibly need to cook simple meal. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the pigeons walking on the roof which first was a little scary but when I found out that this noise come from birds I fell in love with that sound. :)) Communication with the owner was perfect!

If you carry a big 20kg laguagge you won’t be able to carry it from the entrance hallway up to the bedroom. The stairs are too narrow for that. I had just a cabin size lagguage which was more less ok.

Spectacular Stay; charming and resourceful host!

How do I start?! Everything is literally perfect in this apartment. communication is literally seamless with host Elena who is super nice and accommodating. She is proactive in communication and arranged earlier checkin and flexible check out upon our request. The place is literally spotless, very cozy with some drinks prepared for us when we arrive. She has prepared a list of restaurants, bars and attractions to help better planning the stay in Modena. When we arrived, it was the Ascension day and a lot of attractions are closed. Elena went for an extra mile to give us alternative plans on what to do instead. You cannot feel this kind of warmth and assistance from other hosts. The apartment itself is very well kept, spotless and very comfortable bed. Amenities are all there and it's very easy to find from the train station, also very accessible to the old town. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Stay

The location was very good, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent, and she gave very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The entrance is on level four, accessed by stairs or a lift. The bedroom and bathroom are up a spiral staircase to the next floor, and the living room /kitchen is up another staircase. This was not a problem for us but it’s best to be aware of. The height did give great views over the town.

The apartment is excellent. It is a lovely, clean, and well lit haven in the centre of the old city, close to all amenities and tourist attractions.It is very well equipped and comfortable. Thank you, Elena and Graziano, for your attention and kindness .

ホストは大変誠実で返信も早く、あらゆる要求に完璧に応えてくれました。ロケーションについては、駅からも徒歩圏内で中心地も近く、観光に最高でした。特に施設の隣にあるピザ屋は最高でした！冬の季節でしたが、各部屋にエアコン、洗面所にはヒーターが備え付けられている他、暖かい毛布も寝具と別で用意されているのでとても暖かかったです。また、2階の窓から見えるモデナの街並みは素晴らしかったです！

la posizione sicuramente ottima. la padrona di casa molto disponibile ci ha sopportato con i problemi del condizionatore quando si è bloccato e ci ha dato la possibilità di rimanere oltre l'orario di check-out.

Nonostante la disponibilità della proprietaria, devo segnalare diversi aspetti negativi. L’appartamento era molto freddo e umido, con odore di umidità persistente; anche con il condizionatore acceso non si raggiungeva una temperatura confortevole. Il bagno è molto piccolo: la doccia è strettissima, senza piatto doccia, e l’acqua invade facilmente tutto l’ambiente. Inoltre l’acqua calda, essendo a boiler, tende a esaurirsi dopo pochi minuti. La tenda della doccia è maleodorante. La scala a chiocciola è molto stretta e rende difficoltoso trasportare valigie grandi. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non mi è sembrato adeguato.

Situato in pieno centro, a due passi dalle principali vie turistiche. Personale disponibile, camera accogliente e pulita, locali climatizzati, fanno di questa struttura una ottima scelta per godersi Modena anche in pieno agosto.

Appartement confortable, propre et très bien placé. Très bonne communication pour l’arrivée et le départ. On nous a même autorisé à laisser nos bagages jusqu’à midi le jour de notre départ.

Italian vibe

Curatenie, foarte confortabil si toate facilitatile foarte faine. View-ul de la fereastra, spectaculos! A fost de ajutor ca am gasit apa in frigider si am avut capsule de cafea.

Un inconvenient a fost liftul care mergea foaaarte greu. Si se facea si foarte cald in interior. Am preferat sa urcam pe scari, de multe ori.

Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile, stanza molto bella e pulita.

Tutto, è davvero confortevole. Ha tutto quello che serve ed è tenuta in ottimo stato.

Nulla in particolare, bisogna solo fare attenzione con la doccia a chiudere bene le tende, altrimenti si rischia di lasciare allagato il bagno dato che non c’è un vero e proprio piatto doccia, ma funziona tutto benissimo.

Die kommunikation mit der gastgeberin war tip top. Gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage und die absolute Ruhe. Die Restaurantvorschläge waren sehr hilfreich. Das Ferrari Museum ist sehenswert.
