Very convenient place with helpful owners. Great to stay with family while exploring the city

Very well equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Modena. Offers everything you may need when traveling with family and you most importantly need practical accommodation. The modern but very elegant bathroom is a really nice touch. In our specific case, we also really appreciated well functioning air conditioning, as the weekend we spent in the area was very hot. But most of all, we have to appreciate the owners and their welcoming and positive attitude. Initially we were not sure if we'll make it within the check in window due to a very long car drive. We stayed in touch with the owners on the day of our arrival and had a great safety net, should our drive get longer than expected. And, after checkout, when we discovered that one of our kids left some of their toys in the apartment, we were able to arrange a way how to get them a week later when we passed through Modena again. I have never seen such flexibility and need to extend my warmest thanks to Janeth.

Πολύ αξιόλογο, σίγουρα θα το έχουμε υπόψη αν ξαναεπισκεφτούμε την πόλη.

Πολύ όμορφο το κατάλυμα εσωτερικά, αν και μικρό ήταν πολύ καλή η διαρρύθμιση, με γούστο, και πολύ καθαρό. Υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα, εύκολο πάρκιγκ στην περιοχή, ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να μας κατατοπίσει για την πόλη και να μας προτείνει αξιοθέατα. Θα μέναμε ξανά ευχαρίστως.

Μείναμε σε περίοδο που γίνονταν εργασίες συντήρησης στο εξωτερικό και στο μπαλκόνι υπήρχαν σκαλωσιές που χαλούσαν τη θέα. Ωστόσο δεν είχαμε ενόχληση από τα συνεργεία. Λίγο τσιμπημένη η τιμή.

Estaba en obras la fachada temporalmente pero es verdad q no hicieron ruido. Hay q ir en coche a Módena porque si no son unos 30 min andando

Nette, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Gratis Parken auf der Straße möglich. Zu Fuß 15 Minuten in die Altstadt, 5 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt. Sehr freundliche Besitzer.

Das Haus wird aktuell von außen renoviert, so dass der Balkon nicht nutzbar war. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung hat uns das aber nicht gestört.

Nossa estadia neste apartamento foi excelente! O espaço é amplo, muito bem decorado e extremamente confortável — ideal para quem busca tranquilidade e praticidade durante a viagem. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo, e a infraestrutura do apartamento é completa, com cozinha equipada, ótimos ambientes e todos os itens necessários para alguns dias de estadia com conforto. A anfitriã foi um destaque à parte: muito simpática, atenciosa e sempre disponível para ajudar no que fosse preciso, o que fez com que nos sentíssemos muito bem acolhidos desde o início.

Diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen. Janeth hat bereits auf uns gewartet und uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sie gefällt auf den ersten Blick, ist sehr sauber und überrascht mit Internetfernsehen. Der Weg in die Altstadt dauert ca. 20 Minuten, aber wer Wert auf eine ruhige Wohnlage und ausreichend Parkplätze legt ist hier genau richtig. Die Altstadt von Modena ist sehr sehenswert, man fühlt sich hier wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank.

Appartamento per chi vuole visitare la città e dormire tranquillo.

Ottima accoglienza, pulizia impeccabile, appartamento evidentemente ristrutturato da poco. Silenzioso, poco distante dal centro. Possibilità di regolare la temperatura degli ambienti, macchina per il caffè e tutto ciò che occorre per cucinare.

Appartamento al massimo per quattro persone. Eravamo in sei e per dormire non ci sono stati problemi però non ci siamo potuti sedere assieme al tavolo perché questo è sistemato dietro la porta d'ingresso, contro una parete, e ci si siede solo in quattro. Altro problema, segnalatoci solo all' arrivo, lo scaldabagno elettrico permette di fare solo due docce veloci poi bisogna attendere che l'acqua si scaldi di nuovo.

Posto molto bello, arredato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Proprietaria super disponibile e gentile, ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra. Posizione ottima. Consiglio solo per 1 coppia

Purtroppo ci sono stati dei problemi con l acqua calda e su 4 ospiti e 2 bambini sono riusciti a farsi una doccia solo 1 bambino e 1 adulto la sera, facendo i turni per la mattina seguente. Ci sono stati anche dei problemini di elettricità ma la proprietaria ci ha detto che erano in fase di riparazione.
