Wonderful Stay

The apartment is exactly as the pictures.Location is walking distance from train station and enzo ferrari museum. When I say walking distance it is actually good for people like me who are not used to walking.We took taxi to Maranello Ferrari museum about 40 euro and to the town centre about 10eu.There was no Uber in Modena and Maranello. From Maranello we took the shuttle back to Modena costing us only 6euro each.I advise anybody doing the Ferrari Museum to make use of the Shuttle. I would highly recommend this apartment.Staff was helpful and accomodating.Never met them but they made us feel they were near and ready to assist.Kitchen appliances were perfect .They have coffee tea salt oil sugar.enough for simple cooking.Heating was sufficient , for Asians like us who are not used to winter weather. making us feel comfortable inside.We might come again as we are die hard fans of Ferrari.

Our staying at your apartment was really wonderful. We’re satisfied so much. First day, we didn’t notice that boiler didn’t work and the bathroom sink was blocked with something. But next morning, Enrico visited us immediately and fixed them all. We could take a shower our second night. Kitchen and living room are also very organized and clean. When we enter the apartment, it took some time though. But the staff Agnes came and explained well.

At Home

The apartment is very well located, just a few meters from the center and the Ferrari museum. It has a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom and spacious bathroom. The owner is very friendly and attentive, which made my trip to Modena very rewarding. If I return to Modena, I would definitely stay at Casa Palestro 8.

Comfortable beds, clean, great wi-fi, secure, staff were very responsive to any questions/concerns. Bottle of wine and soft drink for kids, snacks and coffee great addition. Great to be able to wash/dry our clothes.

Had a bad smell when we entered but it aired out ok. Being close to train station and Enzo Ferrari museum was great but a little out of town (15 min walk) if you wanted closer access to good restaurants/bars etc.

This is a lovely apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and very convenient to the train station. The host was amazingly helpful and went out of his way to help organise a taxi and checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Highly recommended!

The hosts are really helpful and easy to communicate with, always reachable in case of any issues. The cleanliness of the apartment was quite remarkable. The kitchen is well furnished and has everything you would need.

Maybe a lift would have been good, but that is understandable for older buildings. Since the apartment is on the first floor, it was not a big deal for us.

If you are a car fan or have kids, you must visit the Motor Valley in Italy. The best choice is to stay in Modena. If you want to go your way, you will avoid hotels; you go on an excellent Appartement. Having a similar spirit, you should try it for this Appartement. It is situated in the city center. You can reach it easily by walking to the monuments and restaurants of your choice or sitting in a café and watching people go by. This Appartement has been fully equipped with everything you may need. You will feel that it has been fully renovated recently in Italian style. In the kitchen, you can create your pasta. Despite the temperatures outside, the air conditioner provides you with comfort inside. If you get tired after experiencing the city’s highlights or the Motor Valley’s supercars museums, you switch on the smart tv for a short relaxation. If you come with your car, there is an option to catch the garage. Finally, I have to thank our hostess for the tremendous amount of help to our hostess. She helped a lot in the preparation phase with ideas and suggestions. These advances contributed to arriving relaxed during the night. What a smart home experience, starting with the entry system at the door. You apply the application on your phone, and in seconds you are in. If you’re interested in the local life, where to go, and what to see, you can ask the hostess for advice; you won’t regret it. She is extremely friendly, helpful, and keen to enrich your stay in Italy. So don’t think twice, and try to figure out how something works in Italy; you are better off with her suggestions. My son liked it, too.:) Next time I travel to this region, I will stay here again.

Amazing stay and perfect location, can recommend to anyone!

What not?? We had an amazing stay here! The beds were comfortable, also handy to have several sleeping options for those with sleeping issues (like me), the kitchen fully equipped for those who like to cook, a smart TV with Netflix etc. to wind down with after a day out, apartment is well isolated, tidy, clean and perfectly located near the center and station. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras and the great communication of the staff. Will definitely stay here if we ever come back to Modena, recommending it to family and friends!
