convenient Apartment

We loved the space of the apartment for our family of 5. We apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. convenient outside street parking in quiet area. getting in was really easy and the host made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Perfetto! Perfekt! Perfect!

Check-in was super easy. The apartment itself is very inviting and comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything you need and good-quality dishes. We were able to park right in front of the door and slept wonderfully.

Everything was great; we just couldn’t find a pair of scissors.

Fantastic place home away from home

The property was really beautiful full of light. It seemed I was in my own home the facilities provided were like a 5 star B&B. I recommend this place to all. It’s a quite neighborhood and the cafe and bars were good. It’s about 2 km walk from here to the centre.

Gute Lage

Die Lage ist gut und man hat immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft!

Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht). Ehebett hat nur EIN - für Südländer typische- Bettlaken mit Decke.

Glitzerndes Stadtnest

Sehr praktisch und modern ausgestattete kleine Wohnung in einem Wohnhaus. Wenn auch ein paar Glitzerwände zuviel, sonst alles Nötige vorhanden (und ohne Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle kann man es doch, auch wenn es viele Gäste nicht glauben, doch ein paar Tage aushalten).

Das "Kinderzimmer" ist zwar sehr nett gestaltet, ein Bett ist aber fast am Auseinanderfallen und hat unaushaltbar geknarrt und geknirscht beim bloßen Berühren, sodass die Kinder auf einen Bett geschlafen haben - gehört unbedingt repariert oder ersetzt! Das Self-Checkin mit Bildern von Pässen und biometrischen Selfies dazu hat nicht funktioniert. Dafür ist nach Anruf bei den Vermietern gleich 10min später jemand persönlich gekommen, um uns einzuchecken, also die Personendaten abzuholen und uns den Zutritt zum Wohnhaus zu erklären. Abgesehen davon wäre ich sowieso kein Fan davon gewesen biometrische Selfies von mir, geschweige denn meiner minderjährigen Kinder hochzuladen.

Klein maar overzichtelijk, fijn voor op doorreis.

Ik heb een schaar gemist en de douchekop lekte. Wat we minder vonden waren was dat er een foto van ons legitimatie werd gevraagd. Dit zou gemeente regels zijn maar vonden we niet prettig.

Exceptionnel

Très bon contact avec les hôtes. Réactifs, disponibles et des indications très claires pour prendre possession de l'appartement. Un appartement bien agencé, propre et moderne. Parfait pour 5 personnes. Des couverts à l'électro ménager en passant par les serviettes de toilette, rien ne manquait. Bien situé dans Modène, dans un joli quartier résidentiel.

L'absence d'un micro-ondes est le seul petit bémol mais le reste est parfait.

Era spazioso e ci stava lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Comodo il parcheggio. Zona tranquilla.

Ho pagato di più per rimanere un paio d'ore in più. Non ci stava modo di stendere i propri vestiti, se si aveva necessità di lavarli. Nessuna istruzione per la raccolta differenziata.

Accoglienza da rivedere

La posizione

L’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori. Ci aspettavamo almeno una bottiglietta d’acqua e qualche cialda per il caffè. (neanche dopo sollecito telefonico la nostra richiesta è stata accolta). Le tapparelle non funzionano e gli armadi sono privi di grucce. Se avete un bimbo sappiate che la culla vi costerà 5 euro al giorno.

Πολύ ωραία και ήσυχη περιοχή κοντά στο κέντρο ! (Εφόσον διαθέτεις αυτοκίνητο )

Τα 2 παιδικά κρεβάτια έτριζαν , κατά την άφιξη αναγκαστήκαμε να κάνουμε ηλεκτρονικό check in σε μια πλατφόρμα εκτός booking που δεν την γνωρίζαμε και πληρώσαμε τους φόρους σε ένα link εκτός booking που πάλι δεν γνωρίζαμε . Τα κλειδιά ήταν σε μια θυρίδα με κωδικό και κανείς δεν μας περίμενε κατά την άφιξη . Μάλιστα κατά το check out δεν ήρθε κάποιος να παραλάβει τα κλειδιά , μας ζητήθηκε να τα αφήσουμε πάλι στη θυρίδα και αν δεν τα αφήναμε εκεί θα έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε 50 ευρώ πέναλτι (για την σλλαγη της κλειδαριάς)

Spaziosissimo e delizioso appartamento in un contesto condominiale tranquillo e silenzioso . Struttura arredata con gusto, e munita di squisiti dettagli particolari e colorati. Attrezzata di tutti i confort sia in cucina ,che in soggiorno. Stanze luminose, accoglienti e calde . Posizione ottima con vari parcheggi sotto casa sempre disponibili e vicino a tutti i servizi. Host premuroso, attento e reperibile in qualsiasi momento. Accoglienza e location super top!

Le process pour accéder à l’appartement est trop complexe. Et l’appartement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville pour s’y rendre à pied.
