A wonderful place to stay and explore Modena

The location was excellent, nights were quiet even with the windows open, (paid) parking behind the apartment was plentiful, the suite was architecturally beautiful, the kitchen and bathroom were modern, we all had a place to sit on the couch, communication was excellent, recommendations from the owner were wonderful.

To be honest, nothing really. It was wonderful. Of course as others mentioned, more natural, warmer light would be nice in the living room but we were out until after dinner so it wasn’t a big deal.

Un appartamento arredato con gusto e stile molto comodo e elegante con tutti i comfort in ogni ambiente; inoltre è vicino al centro ma passando sul retro si può raggiungere in auto

Più che un appartamento è una bomboniera, arredata con gusto ed eleganza. Pulizia eccezionale, posizione invidiabile. Purtroppo ci siamo stati per poche ore, giusto il tempo di riposare dopo il concerto di Liga. Ma merita in ritorno a Modena per goderselo a pieno.

Die Lage ist perfekt. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuss ist man im Zentrum. Sehr sauber. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert.

Matratze hängt in der Mitte durch, immer wieder kommt ein ein Gestank aus der Kanalisation. Sifon tröpfelt und Wasserdruck im Bad schwach.

Tutto bene. Un buon soggiorno, senza difficoltà

La posizione è ottima, poiché in centro città (zona ZTL), ma a due passi da aree di parcheggio, delle quali una (parcheggio sotterraneo) con tariffe vantaggiose. Zona tranquilla in condominio tranquillo. Ordine e pulizia.

I soffitti bassi, segnatamente nell'ambiente cucina (si tratta di un ammezzato). Non ho apprezzato, inoltre, la ridondanza dei complementi di arredo (fiori finti, oggettistica ornamentale, ecc. ) e la disposizione di alcuni mobili, quali il tavolo posizionato all'ingresso dell'appartamento, in una collocazione che può apparire "provvisoria", "casuale". Da curare qualche particolare, come un appoggio nella doccia per i prodotti di detersione personale.

Confort. Buen gusto y amabilidad

El departamento ofrece comodas insralaciones. Esta decorado con muy buen gusto en la decoracion interior. No le fallta nada. Desde un lavavajilla, lavarropas, cocina completa. Luces en los escaloncitos para la noche. Artefactos de calidad. Y la propietaria esta atenta siempre por whatssapp potcualquier pedido. , respindiendo al instante.Las señoras que limpian son amables y atentas. Muy agradable todo.

Ruim, schoon en comfortabel. Ruime douche, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Lopend de stad in.

Betaald parkeren. Wel ramen, maar je bent wel echt binnen.

non era prevista e nonostante questo in casa c'era un bel kit di accoglienza (capsule caffe, marmellate, fette biscottate, tisane)
