Very cosy, stylish and clean place + easy to park - excellent!

Very nice and cosy apartment in great shape + style. Great location to visit Ferrari museum but also not too far from city. Well equipped and overall VERY pleasant to stay.

Clean apartment, close to the museum.

Clean, modern, comfortable, really convenient for visiting the Ferrari exhibition, and close enough to walk to town.

There were plenty of parking spaces, but a little unconventional in their use. A small printed welcome pack of information would've been useful to allow us to deal more effectively with arrival, waste, air-conditioning controls and other apartment facilities. The contact was very keen on us arriving on time, but then turned up late himself which kind of tainted the event. Not really an issue, but our car was stopped in a metered space which made the waiting stressful and gave us second thoughts about whether we were even in the right place.

Super place to stay in Modena!

Great apartment and a great accommodating host. The apartment was modern, spacious. clean and well apointed. There was a bathtub in one bath and a shower in the other. Unlike some B&B's, all of the furniture was comfortable. Parking was free and easy to find at the building. We had fun in Modena and did several day trips out. It was a great location.

Appartamento molto gradevole, provvisto di tutti i confort La possibilità di avere ben 2 bagni é sicuramente una chicca che contribuisce alla riuscita di un soggiorno meno stressante. Posizione eccellente. Ben servito da ogni genere di attività commerciale. Per chi ne avesse bisogno, c'è sempre un posto auto.. Direi ottimo

Consiglio solo di fornire l'appartamento di tovagliato.

La prima volta a Modena

L' appartamento è come appare nelle foto dell' annuncio: ristrutturato, funzionale, ben arredato. L' ambiente living è ampio, la camera padronale è molto bella ed i bagni molto spaziosi e comodi. C'è sia una doccia che una vasca. La cucina ha la fornitura essenziale, compresa una macchinetta del caffè Nespresso. Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo l' appartamento molto pulito e con una fornitura completa di biancheria ed asciugamani. Il complesso di cui fa parte l' appartamento è dotato di una vigilanza privata h24.

Le uniche due note non del tutto positive sono state: 1. il divano che non è un divano letto, quindi senza materasso. Diciamo che per un adulto può non essere una soluzione ottimale. Andrebbe dichiarato in modo chiaro nell' annuncio 2. posto auto: secondo me nell' annuncio dovrebbe essere chiaro che ci sono delle limitazioni in funzione della grandezza della macchina. Personalmente non ne ho potuto usufruire in quanto la mia macchina è stata definita troppo grande per il garage.

Zentrale moderne Wohnung

Gute Lage, fußläufig ins Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, angenehm eingerichtet. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation waren unproblematisch.

Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Kühlschrank und Küchenschränke hatten Flecken, in den Bädern gab es Ablagerungen und Haare lagen herum.

Struttura nuova, arredata con gusto, accogliente con tutti i confort. In zona centrale con parcheggio e un bellissimo ristorante giapponese al piano terra. Consigliato

Fose il bagnoschiuma in doccia non è di mio gradimento 😁
