A little gem !

Much bigger and way more comfortable than other apartment in Paris , convient neighbourhood with loads of little shops and supermarkets to buy whatever you need. The apartment is very well equipped with whatever you might need for your stay. The elevator is a huge plus for Paris ! Very clean and sunny and the area is really safe as well as the building itself , great to have some walks around the Champs Elysées ! We were 3 people and were very happy to see that there was a real 3rd bed available , not just the sofa bed. Big and clean towels, very comfortable shower, air conditioning and heating working great. Host very kind and flexible ! Definitely will come back :)

Maybe a couple of details to better maintain (humidity chipping the paint in the bathroom, toilet cover a bit unsteady) but overall very good , can’t complain !

Great spacious appartement, in a great location to see the sights!

Perfect location for us. 10 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe. Aldi 2 mins away. Shops, restaurants, metro, on doorstep. Quiet amongst the bustle of the city. Spacious and cosy. All needs catered for by attentive host,if any problems she is a phone call away. Had a lovely visit to Paris and this area was perfect. Thank you.

The apartment feels authentic, I could imagine that’s how actual Parisians live. Location is great.

It was stated that there’s 4 sleeping places, but actually it’s double bed + 2 sofas. Good thing I could share a bed with my partner, but if you travel as 4 independent people, it might be a problem

Excellent emplacement : proximité immédiate des commerces, gare RER et métro, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. Quartier agréable, vivant et bien fréquenté. Appartement de bonne taille, fonctionnel et bien agencé. Très bien équipé : Machine à laver Sèche-linge Excellent Wi-Fi Cuisine très bien équipée (vaisselle, ustensiles, équipements complets) Logement confortable pour un séjour pratique, notamment pour les séjours de plusieurs jours

Literie inconfortable, aussi bien pour le canapé-lit que pour le lit double. Isolation phonique insuffisante : Bruits provenant de la cour intérieure très résonnante Parquet qui grince Compteur dans l’entrée bruyant la nuit Luminosité matinale gênante : absence de rideau dans la cuisine, réveil précoce par la lumière du jour. Para una o dos noches máximo

Cerca del Arco del Triunfo pero con algunas limitaciones.

Hay una ducha aparte con un lavabo y la puerta no cierra bien. Se mojaba todo rl lavabo al ducharte. Por otra parte, hay un aseo con un sólo water y un lavabo del tamaño de una mano. Nada práctico,

Très bon séjour.on reviendra.

L emplacement a 10 min à pieds de l arc de triomphe. Proche de toutes commodites. Et surtout très calme. Un bon accueil. Bp de produits de cuisine et d hygiène à disposition, très agréable.

Juste la télé qui n a jamais voulu fonctionner.. Mais pas très grave.

La situación, la ducha y el colchón de la única cama que había.

El sofa-cama tenia un colchón malísimo. Estaba hundido y muy viejo. Íbamos tres personas adultas. El apartamento es para dos personas. El ascensor es muy, muy chico. Caben dos personas apretadas.

Buena relación calidad-precio

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, muy cerca del metro y del Arco del Triunfo. El edificio es muy tranquilo y el barrio es muy agradable, con una gran variedad de comercios como supermercados, tiendas de comida preparada, panaderías, pastelerías y restaurantes. La estancia fue satisfactoria. Además, la anfitriona ha estado pendiente en todo momento de que estuviésemos bien, lo cual es de agradecer.

La cocina está muy bien equipada de electrodomésticos, pequeños y grandes. Ahora bien, podría mejorarse con pequeños detalles como más cucharillas para café o yogur (solo había dos), algunos cuchillos adecuados para cortar pan o queso (no había disponibles), tazas pequeñas de café (solo había mugs) y algún plato adicional. Respecto al sofá cama, no era muy cómodo pero suele ser lo habitual. Por otro lado, por las noches, se escuchaba un ruido cíclico procedente de una caja situada en el pasillo, que en ocasiones podía resultar algo molesto. Además, las cortinas no bloquean completamente la luz, por lo que las habitaciones se iluminan bastante desde primera hora de la mañana, lo que puede afectar a quienes tienen el sueño ligero.

Sympatique personnel et calme et proche des métros, restaurations ouvertes dans le quartier même tard, chauffage dans la douche

les portes qui grincent et le sol, le ménage était entrain de se faire le matin alors qu'on était toujours dans l'appartement. Inès est facilement disponible en cas de besoin.
