Nice and tidy hotel with a great location for visiting La Defense.
Nice room, comfy bed, good bathtub, service minded staff! They notified about an ongoing renovation in time for us to rebook.
There might have been a shortage of eggs at the time of my stay as there were no eggs at the breakfast buffet. A layer of sanding dust from the renovation work hadn't been cleaned in the room - both these points may have been temporary in nature.

Terrible customer experience
Unfortunately nothing good to write about the experience
- staff was not friendly. To add to it there was constant rotation of personnel every 5-6 hours and none of it was ideal for communication. - our hotels room numbers got changed suddenly causing our key cards to not work randomly in middle of the day. - AC was not working and hotel sent an email and message about it after I had booked and they had also mentioned it will be fixed by the time we check in but it was not fixed - there was a huge LED strip light which was bright and it never turned off on our first night at the hotel causing us to SLEEP IN BRIGHT LIGHTS at no compensation or any convenience of room change offered - both of the coffee machines at the breakfast were not working - bed had weird black items on it ( see photo)

Has potential being done up atm but room is lovely and good reception area
the room we got didn’t lock so we were told it would be sorted next day so we slept in fear. the elevator was annoying to use having to scan a card everytime and the card would knock off and you’d have to go to reception to re activate it for the use for the lift. Staff were nothing special some nice some quiet. Charged £40 on arrival wasn’t aware and hope to get this back….

Maybe the shower window/curtain could cover more, it is easy to splash water outside the bath.

Warm, wait till renovations are complete
I booked a room with 2 beds. They gave us a room that wasn't cleaned, then gave us a room that had a double bed, on the third time we got a room with 2 beds on wheels that couldn't lock so we rolled around every time we sat on the beds. The hotel is under renovation currently and there is NO A/C. I knew that the hotel was under renovation but NOT that there would be NO A/C in August. Thankfully it was a cool night (15C) and we could sleep with the window open although really noisy. The hotel told me Booking.com should have told me there was no A/C but I didn't know. We only stayed one night. Our room had been upgraded and the bathroom and beds were nice (despite the rolling). With the mess up of our room and we having to go back 3 times, I would have liked an apology but got nothing.
