Great value for money but could use some work on air quality.

Location of the hotel is very nice just outside of Paris. The view of Paris is amazing if you book a room with a view. The village of Suresnes is nice and quiet, as is the room even though its on a busy road with a tramstation nearby you don't hear any of it inside of the room.

The shower wasn't all that great, fittings were loose and the showerhead didnt give a nice flow. The room also had some mold in the corners because the windows would drip water inside the room when condensation was on the windows in the morning. The Aircon unit really gave us coughing fits so we turned it off.

Great stay just near

Friendliness of the reception is outstanding and helps you all the way. Good view of the tower (closer in person but phone camera is a bit far) Great fast food options nearby. Breakfast was goof considering the size of the hotel.

Unsure if there is a parking space available (no reservations) when checking in but it worked due to low season.

Would probably try somewhere different next time but overall a nice stay

Very nice clean property good size room. Very comfortable bed. Nice quiet location in a safe area. Easy access to central Paris with tram 2 mins walk away leading to la defence station where everything accessible. Lovely staff especially Ahmed. Very warm room lovely roof terrace to watch fireworks.

Very noisy in rooms. Could hear doors banging constantly and inconsiderate neighbours shouting through night. Feel staff should have asked then to be more respectful. The area itself was extremely quiet so no bars restaurants in district. Bath and toilet separate so toilet was a cupboard. Shower rubbish and bath had no plug ?!?

Quiet hotel , ideal for mature couple who just want a base, no frills.

Location ok for Longchamp races and easy to get into city from. Local market on Saturday morning Local bars and cafes Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service maid was singing away as she worked, lovely to hear! Water fountain and coffee machine in entrance was a nice bonus. Taxis arrived quickly.

The room felt slightly damp, condensation on windows bad over night.

Over priced - hotel ok.

The location of the hotel was good as it was in walking distance to Longchamp racecourse.

The A/C in the room didn’t work & the safe also was broken. The key cards had to be rescanned several times during our stay, rather frustrating as we only stayed in the hotel for 2 nights!.

The hotel is very small but comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The metro is right next door and a short ride to La Defense which is a big hub with all metro lines. There are a few restaurants in the vicinity for a quick bite.

“Great stay with Eiffel Tower view and welcoming staff

We had a pleasant stay in a double room with a beautiful Eiffel Tower view. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The room itself was neat and clean, and the hotel’s location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the T2 tram stop, making it easy to reach even at midnight thanks to frequent tram services.

The toilet was quite small, and the air-conditioning unit was a little noisy at times. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately, it was rather plain and tasteless.

Adequate room, but lobby needs maintenance.

I liked the free water and coffee. The room was adequate.

I feel some features were not up to standard for a 3 star hotel. The lobby needs some maintaining because it’s not very looked after. Same goes for the breakfast room. The breakfast was ok but could have been more vast. Also there was some language barriers especially with the maids.

Comfortable stay

Very friendly staff, you could get coffee or water at the reception for free, which was a big plus. Amazing view from the terrace, where you can chill. You couldn't hear any noise from the street, but some guests were yelling in the corridor at 4am and woke us up. Although the hotel is far from the center, the area itself was very clean and safe, it takes about 45 min to get to the center. I definitely recommend it!

Pleasant Stay, Clean Hotel, Good Staff, Great Tram/Rail Connections.

2 night visit to attend a sporting event. Hotel Clean and Tidy, Staff welcoming and helpful, Rooms good with comfortable beds. As we arrived by car (pickup truck) booked car park at hotel, unfortunately our vehicle didn't fit as to high! Staff helped us to find alternative close by. BIG Bonus Tram station is 1 min walk away with great connections to Paris and Parc des Princes stadium. Special Thanks to Jordan who checked us in at Hotel earlier spent a very generous amount of his own time assisting us with purchasing passes for the train network GOOD GUY Thanks.

By Trade all members of our party are connected to the gardening industry. As you have such a lot of green features it was a shame they were a bit neglected.

Excellent hotel with good transport links into Paris

Really friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy, rooms are basic but perfect for short stays. Great views of Paris on the rooftop, worth enjoying with the free beer the hotel provides on an evening. Suresnes is out of the centre of Paris but a nice neighbourhood with some good restaurants, bars and bakeries. Lots of amenities around and 100m from the T2 tram which runs to La Défense in less than 10 minutes so easy to get into the centre of Paris. Also walking distance from the Bois De Boulogne meaning a walk through the park into Paris is doable and very pleasant!

As it is outside the centre requiring a fair amount of metro type travel it’s probably best for groups that can easily get around. Not a dislike at all, it’s very well situated, more advice for those travelling with toddlers and elderly relatives!

Not what we expected, disappointed in beds, had to beg for the room we paid for. Wouldn't recommend.

The breakfast was sufficient, but only one hard boiled egg at 9 am. Staff were trying to be kind but they also acted like they were doing us a favor by getting us another room for the 2nd and 3rd nights of our stay - when we clearly didn't get the room we reserved. Location was good for our trip to Roland Garros.

Room we reserved was not given on the first night. Two mature ladies (50+O not interested in staying in the same bed. The toilet seat in the bathroom was completely broken across the seat and pinched when sat on. The beds were singles that were pushed together with separate bedding - may as well have been the same bed. The bedding was NOT appropriate for the bed with a flat sheet on the bottom that came undone and made the sleeping experience dreadful. The carpet was filthy and the bathroom floor was horribly dirty. We also ordered, and paid for, a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was obscured by trees. And, no balcony for my friend who smokes - she intentionally ordered a room with a balcony. So first night was BAD. New room the next day and it was slightly better as it had a very small balcony but there were cigarette butts on the ground and the ashtray was still full. Again, not clean to my liking. If this was a budget hotel I'd have to say that's what you get when you go cheap - it was NOT cheap.

OK if you just want place to sleep near Boulogne-Billancourt otherwise better to avoid

The location was quite convenient for reaching the Roland Garros stadium and not far from the city of Paris either. Private parking in the hotel premises was great to have.

The hotel is not clean at all! The lift smells urine, walls and windows are stained everywhere and full of dust, same issue with cutlery and glasses in the breakfast area. Breakfast was very basic and had very few options (e.g. no vegetables or salad at all). I discovered that some of the cheese they served (in plastic packs) was expired. No comment or apologies from the staff when I made them aware. I understand this is only a 3 star hotel but some things like basic hygiene should be standard no matter the classification of the accommodation. And at 200 euros a night, it does not come cheap anyway.

Magnifique hotel!!

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the cleaners did a great job of keeping the room clean. The beds are amazingly comfortable, and it’s not far from the central parts of Paris. We loved the free hot drinks selections and we enjoyed our own balcony. The rooftop was lovely, we will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel to my loved ones!

very clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Lovely view of the city including the Eiffel Tower which looks amazing lit up at night. A bit out of the city centre but right next to a tram station which takes you into the city. very easy to reach the metro line with the Louvre etc on it. A lot cheaper than hotels in the centre too. Also has some nice restaurants/ bars just outside and very close to PSG if interested in taking in a game. great value for money.
