The room was really clean ...the staff are very friendly .The coffee machine is really perfect for free coffee.

Far from Paris central, train station also with large family and small kids, not much things around except for park and couple restaurant, also cleaning should been daily

On Arrival the sole woman at reception ( name -Egpamtine) tried overcharging even though I had the confirmation. Then I got a wrong invoice. She then refused to tell me local restaurants/ supermarkets as it was ‘not her job’ and After speaking to the manager ( whose detail she initially refused to provide) he apologised and upgraded me. On a separate occasion at breakfast they ran out of clean forks, and refused to provide one, however when a French person asked they went and got one. Scrambled eggs were cold! I appreciate mistakes can happen, but they seem to not resolve and also get annoyed when these are pointed out.

I thought Breakfast was way to much money, the gym was way to small too.

The rooms are comfortable and very clean upon arrival.

This trip was very disappointing : two months before her arrival I booked a one bedroom apartment for my 77 yo mother with a specific request, i.e. to have a shower as she is not able to use a bath safely. I asked for this in person and in writing and ensured I had a postive answer from the hotel before confirming the booking. If it had not been possible I would have booked elsewhere. Despite this, during the first two days after her arrival the hotel made her change rooms three times (four different rooms) before that request was honoured - once, the day manager even tried to pressure her into accepting a room with a bath by assuring her that there were no rooms with showers in the building. This was stressful and demeaning and caused everyone quite a bit of anguish. So much so that my mother refused to have the pre-paid breakfasts because she didn’t want to see anyone. The email exchanges I had with the hotel show just how dismissive they were of my mother’s special needs, until I mentioned the word « handicap » and then I got an apology. Also, the cleaning was not done a single time during her whole nine day / eight night stay even though they assure you it is done on the seventh day.

Everything’s in a very good shape, renovated and well thought through. The neighborhood itself is very nice with grocery stores, cafes and quiet streets. You can walk to the island of Puteaux or to the Boris de Boulogne very easily. An extra thank you goes to the staff, who were extremely helpful and responsible. The internet connection is amazing, especially compared to some other places in Paris.

The only problem is getting around. I had things to do in the area, so it was not a problem. For those wishing to visit other discredits, the best bet is the tram. It might seem a tad far, but it’s never stuck in traffic unlike the buses.

Dirty, very dirty and a lot of damages in the room. Noisy also.

Lovely hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean, had all the amenities we needed including an iron and ironing board. Overall a comfortable modern space and I would stay again.

Just wish it was a little closer to more restaurants.

Very god all I needed

Decent sized flat in a good location if you want to access La Defense and Paris.

Pillows and bedsheets could be more comfortable.

Everything was perfect with out stay. We had a kitchen in the apartment which was great and we had plenty of space for my family. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean apartment and in a great location to travel into central Paris. Uber is great and reliable. Would highly recommend.

We were here for Lollapalooza festival and it was about a 25mins walk down the road, some good restaurants nearby but quiet at night, comfortable with good amenities in the room. Small but good breakfast selection (pastries, cereal, toast, eggs, coffee and juice).

I was disappointed as the hotel was advertised on booking.com with free parking as i used a filter, only to find out i had to pay for parking. Which made it poor value for money compared to others which were advertised without parking. It ruined the whole experience of Paris leaving a bitter taste in the mouth.
