Campanile PRIME - Suresnes - La Défense

Undergoing some renovation so air conditioning not available - in a heatwave not ideal .

Hotel is going through a refurbishment. Which is fine but due to this there is no air conditioning. Asked if they had a fan but receptionist said No and didn’t care at all. When I said is this good for your clients she shrugged her shoulders. It was 35 degrees and room was super hot. Ended up buying my own fan from a shop across from the hotel. Check before you book if the AC is working. If not avoid and stay elsewhere.

While there the aircon was not working, its due to be back on in july sometime so you would think that they would make other previsions. when i asked if thete was a fan available i was abruprly told NO. The room wasnt too bad but i had to ask for them to replenish the soap as the left it empty. Overall not a pleasent stay.

So many bugs and mosquitoes swarming the hotel room. Baking hot, there is 0 air conditioning, it feels like a hotbox. They give you one key even if your with two people and you cant get in the elevator without it, so its one person out at a time. The shower has no door so the bathroom becomes a foot deep pool. Terrible hotel.

I’m not incredibly picky, but this hotel is just barely ok. I like that it’s accessible to public transport. There is no AC, which is normal at a lot of hotels. The problem is that it’s also too loud to leave the windows open, so it’s incredibly stuffy. There were heat advisories during the time of my stay, so maybe it’s not always so uncomfortable. The room was clean and the breakfast is good if you get there early enough. I waited until the last hour of breakfast one day and didn’t have much to choose from, but when I went early, it was nice. On the last night of our stay, the fire alarms went off, which actually took us until we smelled smoke to notice because the street was so loud. We evacuated to the ground floor while a fire team took care of the issue, but there was no announcement or information from the hotel. When they cleared the smoke, we were allowed to go back to our room but didn’t have electricity for a long time. None of this was the hotel’s fault, but everyone was confused and there was no communication happening except among guests. We were all trying to find second languages in common to speak to one another to try and discover what was going on. I got most of my information from French speakers who also spoke Spanish (because they could understand the firefighters). It would have been nice for the hotel to have made an announcement. I’ve stayed at a lot of hostels and I think I’d just go with one of those next time before booking this hotel again.

Loved the breakfast. Hotel overall was clean and quiet. Staff were really helpful (specially Mustafa), bus stop right in the front made it easier to travel anywhere. Tram stop is a few mins walk as well. Eiffel Tower takes about 30 mins with a bus and a train ride. Room we had was smaller than we expected but it worked out fine. Worth the money we spent.

Wasn't given details any about when i had to go once i got my room key had to ask like where the lift was. Had to work out my self about the Key card system for lift. But over all ok. Had to report that my bathroom skink was cracked. The next mornings after check in because i did not you the bathroom untill late that night after exsporing paris. Only annoying thing that there was very little water presser. Shower was more of a dribble then a shower

Great stay. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is located in a great area with stores and many other attractions near by. There is also a station 5 minutes away which is great.

Nice clean place. Quite close to central. Only thing they could improve is parking, having a 4x4 was very tight in the car park. The rooms we're clean and spacious. However there were alot of noises from heating and other vibrations throughout the night.

I would not recommend this hotel. The ventilation is very loud and cold without any way to stop it. It stops around 10pm and starts again around 8am but my room what close to a constant ventilation noise coming from next door (probably an electric closet or something else) which I could still hear with my earplugs. I was exhausted during my entire stay due to the lack of sleep…

normal hotel, accessible to central paris, staff are nice

Breakfast was great, check in was easy. The staff was nice, a little update for the room would really enhance the experience if compare to price. Close to the train station Longchamp.

This is definitely not 3 stars hotel. As soon as I got to the room, there was a Klenex on the floor. They barely provided toilet paper. We were traveling with an infant and asked for an extra towel. It was not provided. They did not clean the room on the second day at all, they just replenished toilet paper. Staff was pleasant to talk to but did not get anything done. Very upset and frustrating. PS: there are no A/C in the rooms. Do not reccomend booking it during summer. It is basically fall and I had a terrible time. Very hot!

Restaurant not open. Couldn't even get a drink from the bar. Roon - had to ask for extra pillows, initially told that wouldn't be possibe. Staff totally indifferent and unhelpful

Clean, service ok and breakfast ok will not be returning on my next Paris business trip. Tired room and accommodation in general. Could do with modernizing, bed really uncomfortable and on a busy road. Require triple glaze windows to mitigate the noise from the busy road and been located by a hospital. numerous emergency vehicles travelling to and from. Left feeling very tired and challenged for the working day.

Would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly. Accomadating. Close to public transportation. Room was very clean, very comfy beds. Bathroom was very nice & clean. Restaurant downstairs was great!
