Beautiful place but bad conditions

It looked really nice

First of all we requested a room for 2 and we got for 4. The bathroom with the WC is separated from the bathroom with the shower. The one with the WC, the toilet was dirty, not cleaned properly and were stains on the wall. The bathroom with the shower smelled really weird, sewer smell. Second of all, the bed sheets and the pillow sheets had stains. The WORST of all was that in late November the heat did not work and it was freezing in the whole apartment. We had a small electric heater in the bedroom but it was certainly not enough for the whole apartment.

Reasonable stay close to the Boulogne parc

The apartment is quite spacious, especially in Parisien terms. A good bed, kitchen. Connection to the city is reasonable, yet it takes some time, but buses to the metro are nearby. Shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. It seems like a retirement house with some rooms for rent, quiet, nice atmosphere. A good price

The kitchen didn't have enough equipment for 2 people, not mentioning any cooking tools (there is an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, but no reasonable knives, stirring stuff). WiFi is rather unstable.

It was a hot stay in a "warm" place.

The warmth and friendliness of the staff and residents is wonderful. The location is in a charming village where classic and modern truly meet. When asked, a member of the staff provided a fan (as it was a hot week in August) and a set of brand new pots and pans were brought to us for use in the kitchenette.

The apartments were way too warm. The air temperature in the apartments were practically hot. The property would really benefit from the installation of air conditioning in the apartments. Sweating indoors is not pleasant. We needed to request a fan because there is no AC in the apartments. There is AC in the hallways throughout the building, however, the temperature is far too warm once you enter the apartments and there is no AC to remedy this. Fans are really needed in the apartments during the summer and any warm days if air conditioning is not going to be provided.

There is no air-conditioning, and when I open the window, it attracted small flies into the room so I basically had to be in the apartment with the windows closed. It did have one singular fan but it wasn’t enough especially because I came to Paris and it was 34° Outside which made the inside quite hot because there was no Aircon

Curtains in the living room were see through so sleeping on the sofa bed was a bright awakening No wine bottle opener in the room but was able to use one from reception

good apartment and location

It was in a good location and very spacious. It was facing a quiet courtyard and very close to public transport and shops. The reception was open from 8am to 8pm.

Not enough furniture was provided as there was only one chair for the dining table. There was a shortage of utensils in the kitchen also. There was no recycling bin.

Great hotel, could do with a little more

Very easy check-in and check-out. Staff were very nice. Great location.

There wasn't much toilet paper for my stay, the kitchen lacked equipment - it would've been nice to have something to wash up with also. The hotel was mostly clean, but I'm unsure how often it is cleaned, as there was a tissue on the stairs during my whole stay (3 nights).

Quiet apartment complex

Very clean, apartment was very spacious, towels were provided as well as a hairdryer and the reception helpful, the local area had plenty of places to eat, a short walk away from a supermarket and only 4 minutes walk away from a bus bus route 8 minutes from tram. We used the bonjour app on our phones to access all public transport and you only need zones 1-3 that got us all around central Paris.

I probably should have researched the area a bit more but a lot of the people can't or only speak very little English, with my poor french and their poor English we managed. The apartment came with kitchen hobs but no sauce pans, the mugs were tiny and only a coffee maker no kettle. It is also a retirement complex but you honestly don't notice much and it didn't affect our stay in any way.

Lovely place to stay on the outskirts of Paris

Lots of space and quiet area of Paris. Not too difficult to get into the centre from here. We were taking part in the Paris Marathon and we found this easy to commute to the start.

No hair dryer, no dish cloth or sponge, no washing up liquid, no tea towels. Too few toilet rolls. No toaster. Very basic amenities. Bed a bit small and quite hard.

Nice and cozy place, with a good location

Nice and cozy place, with common spaces to share. Very good position, check in experience was good, even if I arrived really late. Position is great, close to bars and shops. Room and bathroom have plenty of space. Breakfast is french style, like croissants, pain au chocolat, coffe, butter and jam, some cheese and orange juice.

Even if the room has plenty of space, there are some things missing. Like a work desk or a couch. I think the space can be used more efficiently. Also the small kitchen is not too equipped, I felt the lack of some utensils.

Big Room.

Far better than expected, this is a very nice apartment. There is a lot of space in the house, it is newly decorated, and the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. If the price is right, you can stay here for a few more days.

There are no signs for any hostel outdoors, very difficult to find, and no one answered the phone at night when I called the reception. (This reception is on the first floor, when there is no answer please follow the flow of people into the main entrance and then go upstairs to the staff for help.)

Very satisfied with the service

Our stay at Zenao was as expected. The staff was very helpful, we were able to store our luggage at the reception. Although check in was scheduled at 4pm, they let us into the apartment sometime around 2:30pm. The apartment was very clean, located 2-3 min from the bus stop. In the area you had enough places to eat at.

Perhaps body washes should also be offered. I needed a shower gel and had to go buy it because I had nothing in the bathroom.

Great location if your happy to travel a little into Paris.

A number of small changes would make stays for clients a lot more enjoyable, e.g. a Toaster, cups and food bowels that are larger, basics like tea towel for dishes etc.

This property in the house kinda abit empty. Should add more furniture such as more sofa & dining chairs since the room is for 4 persons. The dining chairs are only for two. The dining tables was too small too.

All good except the checkin time.

I liked that the apartment was clean and new. The staff was also nice.

I think the checkin time of 15:00 is very unfair. I landed in paris in the morning 7am and since then i was roaming with my luggage around the city waiting for 15:00. I think the checkin time should be around 12:00pm when the checkout is 10am.
