Location is really good and accesible to most essential things. Bus stop to Paris central is just outside the building and metro is just 15mins walk away. Staff were very helpful as we booked for 3 persons and the room only had 2 beds made. The 3rd bed didnt have any mattress and beddings.
Staffs were all accomodating and place were kept clean. They are pet friendly, too.
It took a while for them to sort out/arrange for us to have a 3rd bed.

location, cleanness, quietness
in daytime, despite "no disturb" sign, maintenance entered the room and removed my personal socks and toiletries, since my departure was really early and nobody was at the reception at the time i didn't got my stuff back

Well situated, clean & friendly staff.
It was under renovation so very noisy and the lift was always busy (builders were using it).
There was also a few issues in the room, which we reported to staff to repair: bathroom door handle from outside didn’t work, curtain rail was getting stuck everytime we needed to open the window as there was no air-con due to renovations and it was hot in the room.
A blind on the window vs curtain rail above the window frame (preventing the window from easily opening), would have been better/easier!
Also the wood under the 3rd child bed was broken.
Also we were not informed that outside parking spaces are free in Paris for the whole month of August so unfortunately we paid an un-necessary fee to use their underground car park (€50), before we found out from other people on the street and stopped using their car park, which was also very difficult to enter as the builders parked their vans obstructing the entrance!

The bathroom is really small. You don't have enough space for a cat to swing.
bedrooms are really small specially the 3 bed ones.
Because the hotel is on the main street, it is noisy, especially early in the mornings and late at night.

bathroom was very small, very cramped shower and very poor furnishings, ie plastic cabinet and fittings.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was great where there was a laundromat and bakery just down the street. Just a bit further, there is also a supermarket and some restaurants located across the street. Reception was also very friendly and helpful. Quiet and safe neighbourhood!
The room was a little small considering we had 2 large luggages. It was also a little far from the city centre so I would choose to stay here again if I am looking to explore Paris for a minimum of 4 nights, otherwise I don't think there is enough time to explore Paris fully.

The location is good. Very close to river seine.
The room was small and the bunk bed was very small and uncomfortable. As it was right on the head of the people who sleep down, always we were taking care of our heads to not bump or hurt. The washroom was very small and no place to move at all. The hotel stay was not cheap. We had paid a good amount so the value for money was not good.

Really good value for what you are paying. close to a bud stop and a metro station direction Versalles.
the fire alarm started going at 7 am, fairly unpleasant. On arrival the reception was really nice, but on check-out (same day of the fire alarm) it felt like they only wanted to kick us out. they did not want to let me leave the bags on the last day for a couple of hours, had to insist.

We continued our stay in Paris and booked in the same hotel January 2-January 8.
As usual Ms. LAILA was very friendly with all the guests. Our room was cleaned 3x during our 7 days stay. Three x, we were given fresh towels.
We actually booked a double room for our stay but we were not given that option. The reception was so busy that they failed to organize a change.
We are still in a room with 3 beds - 3rd bed was actually a bunk bed.
Many times, we stand up from our bed, WE HIT OUR HEAD ON THE UPPER BED'S METAL.
Last January 7, I hit my head on the edge of the upper bed. My forehead actually bled and there was a small bump formed.
These bunk beds should be installed with baby security edge-protector.
So we were still in the 3 bedroom since December 31 to January 8.
Be aware of the water temperature when you shower. Water can get extremely cold or hot that it can actually blow your skin.
Bed has thin mattresses. The blankets are not enough thick so I feel cold all the time.
I wish they had transfered us to a 2 bed unit. Must have been comfortable.
The coffee and hot chocolate is not working. It would be nice to have a hot drink before bed.
I am still waiting for the return of €150 you took out my card as TEST Payment.
Sincerely,
C. Vettori

It's perfect for those who are looking just for a place to sleep, rest and placing their belongins. The place is clean, the location and access to public transport is good, and the surrounding area is quiet
Sometimes it was difficult to communicate with hosts due to english language, I suggest you to prepare some useful french phrases

The Receptionist called Ms. Laila. She greets us everytime we come in and out and helped us in how to get around. The other just ignore us or on the phone.
The rooms are very small. We did not really want the bunk bed. We are all adults. It is hard to get to the bunk bed.
Very small rooms that we do not have space for our luggages. We bumped our heads several times just standing up from the lower beds.
The temperature inside the room is too slow.
The tiny bathroom gets flooded after using the shower.

near the center of Paris. easy to get to the eiffel tower, near the market, shops and everything you need, It makes no sense to write about Paris, full of delight
Compared to other hotels, the price here is affordable, a comfortable bed, not bad for one or two close people, more - no, uncomfortable
Little space, a toilet the size of an airplane, there is a shower,
There was one problem, there was no hot water for two days, the issue was resolved after contacting the reception, they wrote on the booking, there is a suspicion that only after they wrote in the booking - only then they started to resolve the issue, thanks for fixing the situation

For my short stay (2 days) I decided to choose the same hotel as 3 months ago. This time for us was waiting much more bigger rooms without top beds. That is really comfortable when you have one double bed without top bed up on you.
I had issue with payment, receptionist guy was interested on resolving my problem, that's why it was less stressfully. When I came to process with check out there was 2 receptionist girls that speak instead of me with a French driver. It was very helpful.
During my 2 days staying in hotel I met with 2 groups of administrators. The guy and and two girls was very helpful and I do really thankfully for their support. But the was another 2 receptionist girls and I got my unpleasant experience because the receptionist was convince me on that bus is going by regular schedule on weekends and I don't have to worry. But there was no bus on weekends at all. Bus is working only on Monday-Friday. To don't lose my train (ticket wasn't cheap) I was forced to order a taxi to get to the train station.

Secure park below the hotel. Staff could speak English and they were helpful. Location in zone 3.The bed was comfortable. The beds and rooms were thoroughly cleaned and new towels were provided. We had booked two rooms and one of them had a good bathroom and space inside the room. The carpets inside the room were mostly clean.
The window opened soo much small children and items could potentially fall out. The room was too small for three people. The room was not worth the money and if you do decide to take this hotel I would recommend you ask for a bigger bathroom as you can't even stand up properly for a decent shower. The WiFi wasn't working properly and it kept acting up.The rooms were so close together you could hear noises in the night.

I liked the services of the staff, especially since we were a little bit late to reach and informed them that we are coming. So they convinced us that would not be a problem as there will be a staff to receive us. Also the check in was also a bit smooth and quick.
There was no mat to rub our feet after bathing. Also the bathing section was not separate as a result after bathing it spilled the whole bathroom. In addition, it took time to warm the room with the heating facilities. It would be better to have a thicker blanket for us. Finally, We expected to have a good breakfast. However, there were not many varieties of food. Even, the coffee maker wasn’t working properly.

Good location
Shower is way too small, you can't move without hitting your elbow on the wall, the water temperature is very temperamental and my mattress had a bum shaped whole on the middle.. about time to change it!
