The location and room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I look forward to seeing the finished remodel. The treats in the afternoon with the tea were very nice.

Exceeded expectations - clean and cozy!

This hotel is super clean, both the bedroom and the common areas! The hall is cozy, where we can play games, drink free coffee or tea, and have unlimited filtered delicious water. They even bake homemade cakes and display them in the reception, as a kind snack. The room is very comfortable, and the bed as well. Very cozy. The staff is polite and the location is great - near restaurants, pharmacy and in front of a metro station. My partner and I were positively impressed. I recommend it a lot!

The hairdryer was dirty, but honestly this is a small detail. I think someone used hair cream and didn't clean it. On the other hand, all the rest is neat.

truly enjoyed my stay here

I really liked everything during my stay. The room was great - a little bit small, but still very comfortable. The breakfast was super, and the hotel itself was very nice, modern, and cozy. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Also, I want to mention something very important: my colleague accidentally left an iPad in the room after check-out, and when we called the hotel, they found it and saved it for us in the reception for two days. Not everyone does this, and we truly appreciated their honesty and helpfulness.

The only thing I would channge is the location - it would be great if the hotel were in the city centre.

Good location away from the crowds. Choice of room decor gives a somewhat unpleasant impresion.

Good location in a part od Paris we like. The bathroom seems to be recently renovated and of a good size, modern and decently clean. The beds are a good size and comfortable. Towels were changed regularly. We had ironing board and anbiron available in the room. Close to the metro 10 and bus lines 52, 72 which provide excellent connections to rhe city. A extraordinery park located within the Albert Kahn museum.

Soind isolation was poor - door closing sounds and voices deom other rooms could be heard. Overall, the room was good, but the choice of wall decoration above the bed ledt a very bad impresion, making the room feel messier and dirtier than it actualy was. Breakfast is quite basic dor the price and lacks variety, as it's the same every day. Dood is not replenished regularly. You have to ask the staff for cutlery or plates, as they often don't notice to brong them unless requested. There are no waste bins available, and the staff tend to clear your plates too quickly. There is no fridge available in the room. Be aware of the additional daily tax charged per person for each day of the stay.

Caveat Emptor, comfortable but hard work!

A great hotel hady for the races, with very comfortable rooms

All let down by some incompetent, inept staff: Didn't check me in properly for the 4 nights, my room key was deactivated after 1 night Next day had to wait 30 minutes to meet up with friends whilst they waited to get checked in as someone else had a problem, only 1 person dealing with things. Later, my TV didn't work properly (said I wasn't checked in). The evening person wasn't interested in fixing, calling anyone or getting help, said I'd need to wait until the next day, sent me back to my room (now very annoyed) then sorted it later without telling me. NOTE, no room phones, so went downstairs in a hotel dressing gown, comfortable, but not what you expect is necessary. Next day, manager very apologetic "temporary staff", offered me complimentary breakfast. All seemed ok. Checked out after my 4 nights and then got a subsequent charge posted to my CC, without explanation, which I then had to query. They'd applied the wrong city tax at check in. Not the most relaxing stay.

Shocking staff

The location

The staff were disgraceful. my twin room was given away, and i was told to share a bed with my friend, which I refused, so I was put into another room for the 1st night. On arriving back to the hotel after a day out in paris, I entered the room to find two men asleep, so I left quickly and went to reception. I was told my belongings and valuable which were in a locked safe have been removed and put in another room without my knowledge. I then went to my room again, wasn't a twin room, and was made to share a bed with my male friend . On speaking to the staff, he just shrugged and said there's nothing he can do. He kept ignoring my concerns and kept walking away into the kitchen, basically hiding so he didn't have to deal with the situation. This has been the most shocking staff service I have ever encountered and ruined my experience of coming to Paris. Totally unacceptable behaviour

Great stay.

1) We loved the water and coffee facilities throughout the day. Super great and the outside seating was an added bonus 2) Luggage storage and a check out of 12pm was great. 3) Air con and tea/coffee amenities in the room, also made the stay great. 4) we stayed for something in the area, so the hotel location was great - a lovely area with lots of parks and nice restaurants. 5) staff were friendly and always ready to help.

1) reception often had a wait of up to 10 mins (especially later throughout the day) this gave the sense staff were not paying attention and anyone could walk in (the lifts were accessible to anyone). We also checked in later due to delays on our travels and we weren’t told about any of the hotel facilities. As we were checking out, we heard someone else checking in and realised we missed out on some amenities/ facilities. 2) cleanliness was great. However, we were 2 friends sharing a room trying to keep our towels separate and housekeeping were folding & mixing them up to put them back under the sink, instead of refreshing them which we were obviously trying to avoid! Would have been nice to get fresh towels on those occasions

Location was nice, breakfast buffet is small but contains everything essential, there is a small gym and a pool table in the lobby area. Got a complimentary breakfast because at the reception the hotel noted I had paid much more (via booking, thank you) than they ususally charge.

The table in my room was dirty when I checked in, which was disgusting and I had to clean it myself. Not something I would expect in a room that costs almost 250 Euro. When I checked in the person at the reception desk told me that I had paid more than they usually charge (180-190 instead of what I paid via booking which was almost 250), so he kindly offered me a complimentary breakfast. When I checked out, another person at the reception desk wanted to charge me the breakfast. There was obviously a lack of communication between staff members.

If you‘ll find it per ~€120 it‘s fine, but definitely not €220

We’ll positioned. Normal quality, but doesn’t worth its €220 per noght. Not a bad breakfast, but it definitely doesn‘t worth €18, max €10)

€220 per night is a bit too much for such a place. 2 days without cleaning at all, dirty water bottles at the reception zone (no bottles inside the room, so you only can take one from downstairs and bring it to your place. So what happens, the used/ dirty and the clean one‘s are mixed since the hotel doesn’t care to separate them in different places).

spoiled by the coackroach

location

for the first time (this is my 3rd or 4th stay) i saw a cockroach in the room and informed the receptionist. When i came back i was expecting them to offer an apology or maybe a change of room but nothing was said about the matter. i have to say i wasn’t comfortable during my sleep because of the coackroach i saw earlier. Disappointing

Rooms are big and well equipped. The small Gym is also well equipped and has good machines for being an hotel

The man at the reception was quite slow with the check-ins. After check-in I went directly in the room and wanted to shower and I realised that the tip of the shower was broken (very visible). They did not want me to change the room, but I had to wait for the repairing of the shower, very long waiting. I could shower just 1 h after my arrival, where the most of the time I had to wait that the showe would be fix. What annoys me is that the broken part of the shower was very visible and they should not have given me that room at all or at least be ready to directly change it since I just checked in! Instead I had to wait for them, 1 h to finally use my room. I did not like this

I had 3 nights booked, 2 with camera standard and 1 with camera superior (40€ more expensive of the standard room). They asked me to pay at the beginning of the stay for all the three nights (613€, without breakfast). On my arrival I have reminded that I was having 2 different rooms and they not only confirmed it, but even told me which ones the rooms will be. When I come back in the evening of the third day to enter my superior room I was told that I had to go back to my old room (standard) because they did not have any other one free. Even though I complained a lot and asked to talk with the manager this person was not available, they did not have any other room free and did not send me the money back. They have a very bad stuff service and the manager. I would never come back hier again.

Limited breakfast and yet another property that offers a king size bed but I’m reality it’s just two bed pushed together so you end up falling between the two in the night
