I had a pleasant stay at IntercityHotel Heidelberg. Its biggest advantage is the excellent location, right next to the Heidelberg train station, which makes it extremely convenient for travelers and for exploring the city using public transport.
The hotel offers an automated check-in process, which was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided in the room.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby area was beautiful and comfortable.
The only improvement I would suggest is adding tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, as this would make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, Intercity Hotel Heidelberg is a great choice for anyone looking for a modern, comfortable hotel in a central location with excellent transport connections.

Room was clean and bright. 1 min walking to train station. Luggage storage available prior to check in time. Centralized air conditioning. Overall comfort stay.

Aircon wasn't working in the room on the first night but staff was very helpful to help us changed a room for the next night.

A modern and relatively new hotel in a prime location right next to Heidelberg Hbf. Very convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to buses and trams. The self-service kiosk makes check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The only downside was that there seemed to be limited staff on duty, although this may have been due to the public holiday eve. Overall, a great choice for travelers who value convenience and accessibility.
