Location perfect, views, peaceful, beautiful sea view. Full instructions on recycling, facilities and there was a delightful package of treats and provisions left for us. Everything you need for a positive stay was supplied.

Hair found in fridge. Build up of ice at the back of fridge and also freezer. Toaster contained lots of bread crumbs. Water left in kettle on arrival.

Amazing ocean views, fantastic location, easy access, comfortable beds, and a welcome pack that we greatly appreciated, as we arrived on a Sunday evening after all shops had closed. The place is wonderfully decorated with Aberystwyth images and posters, there are plenty of interesting titles on the bookshelves providing good information about the history of this beach town. There were some DVDs there as well, but we had no time for TV so we didn't even turn it on. The place felt really cozy and extremely nice. We were sad to leave it.

The stove's pilot spark seems to have stopped working, and there were few matches to use, so we had to buy our own the next day. But this is just a minimal thing. Everything else worked perfectly well. There is a humidity spot in one of the rooms facing the sea that is making the paint flake and fall. It looks like the owners have done their best to fix it, but I guess it is a difficult one to tackle.
