The door entrance code was only made available on the day just a little before check in time. Not helpful.

Great house in Beeston, shame about the management company

Comfortable beds, good parking situation, well equipped, modern house. Clean..kitchen had most bits you need. The living room was stylish..the bed linen was soft.

The management company needing driving licence and passport. Never sent me the access code at 3pm but sent me three messages about the bins needing to be put out....Would have liked to be able to change the heating as, at times, it was boiling or freezing.

Convenient

The house was generally clean and had all the amenities we needed. The stove wasn't working but the property management team quickly found a workable solution. It was near Highfields Park which the kids enjoyed.

The backyard is a mess. It needs to be cleaned up. We had 3 sunny days and couldn't soak up the sun because the backyard is unkempt. A little more attention to detail in cleaning the property in readiness is required in some areas. Brought this to the attention of the team and they were very receptive.

Lovely place I should happily return

I recently stayed at a wonderful 51 Clifford road House and couldn’t recommend it more. The place was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From cozy bedding to a fully stocked kitchen, every detail was clearly taken care of. The peaceful atmosphere and charming surroundings made it a perfect getaway spot. I’d happily return!

Ruhig, geräumig, zum wohlfühlen

Für unseren Zweck war die Lage prima, weil wir nah am Universitätsgelände übernachten wollten. Zu Fuß mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte erreichen zu können, hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. In einem ruhigen Wohngebiet zu übernachten, war uns sehr angenehm. Ein großes Plus ist der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Durch den Schlüsselkasten am Haus waren wir beim Check-in flexibel. Eine so schöne Unterkunft mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern zu finden ist nicht leicht. Als am zweiten Tag abends der Wasserkocher defekt war, wurde er direkt am Folgetag durch einen neuen ersetzt. Das war ein toller Service! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Für drei Personen war die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Wären wir zu sechst gewesen (es gibt Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für sechs Personen), hätte es aus unserer Sicht etwas knapp werden können. Ein wenig gestört hat uns, dass wir zweimal telefonisch kontaktiert wurden mit dem Angebot, den Aufenthalt zu verlängern. Dafür hätten wir eine schriftliche Anfrage bevorzugt, denn wir waren viel unterwegs und hatten am Telefon teilweise schlechten Empfang. Der kleine Schreibtisch im Obergeschoss wäre uns zu beengt gewesen. Darum haben wir zum Arbeiten den Esstisch im Untergeschoss benutzt. Aber das würde uns nicht davon abhalten wiederzukommen.

Un lugar cómodo.

El espacio es muy cómodo y tiene todas las instalaciones necesarias. Fui sólo con mi esposa y estuvimos muy cómodos. Hay tiendas cercanas que tienen de todo. Todas las instrucciones son muy claras. Es un buen espacio para la familia.

Es una casa adjunta a otras, esta justo al medio de otras 2 y el aislamiento acústica no es el mejor, en el horario entre 18:00 y 22:00 se escuchaban las peliculas o conversaciones de vecinos.

夜の11時過ぎても隣人が騒いでおり眠れなかった。このことについてオーナーに連絡をしても返信がなかった。また、こちらから催促するまでデポジットの返金処理が行われなかった。
