house was clean, great location but advertised as two bathroom when only one usable
house almost met expectations, with some exceptions beds comfortable and clean. Location good apart from transport strike which was beyond hosts control. Apart from the stairs bedrooms comfortable
horrible smell in hallway on arrival which took days to disapate. Downstairs shower door broken meaning we could not use it, maintenance investigated but did not fix during our stay caused queues in the bathroom. stair carpet had to be refixed down as it had come loose - fixed during stay and some black staining in lounge also addressed during stay. Had a clothes dryer located in under stairs cupboard which could not be used. One of the upstairs beds slat came out in night causing us to use additional bedroom during night luckily we had a spare room. took a long while to get issues addressed despite repeated calls to service
