The air con was amazing in the hot weather. Don’t usually order room service but it was really good and arrived quickly with a smile. Great cookie from the receptionist on arrival also. Everything was clean. Black out curtains great and no noise from other rooms/ corridors. Great stay

The staff were friendly. Amy from Housekeeping was amazing as we had 2 very young children that had a couple of accidents.
There was service with a smile !!
