I want a refund!! The property is below standards.

Absolutely nothing!!! First of all, the refrigerator was not working! On the 3 days that we were there. We arrived and noticed that the food was not cooling and the issue was not resolved. Had to drink our beverages warm in a hot day! In addition the water in the bathroom sink wouldn’t go down.

BECAREFUL - the pictures of the garden are not accurate. You couldn’t open the doors because there are lots of bugs, complete overgrown the owner does not trim the weeds or maintain the garden. The pictures in here are probably from 5years ago! The response from the owner was not slow, he sent someone to fix the fridge but couldn’t be fixed.

The arrium terrase was dirty and not clean (high grass all around). Strange smell from the bathroom, but likely bug from the building.

séjour agréable, transport à environ 1,5KM à pied. appartement assez grand pour 6 personnes.

BARBARA est très attentionnée merci encore pour sa disponibilité, l'appartement est très propre.

pb de places de parking car nous avions 2 voitures, et le logement ne compte pas 2 places de parking par exemple. petit bémol, pour 6 personnes un peu juste pour prendre sa douche car le cumulus n'est peut être pas dimensionné. sinon séjour niquel

Gostei muito da atenção que nós dispensada pela pessoa que gere o apartamento. Nós permitiram entrar antes e fazer o check in após as 11h o que nos ajudou demais. Fora toda a atenção que nos deu em tudo.

Casa con jardín precioso

El jardín es estupendo y la anfitriona también, si bien se encuentra lejos del centro se pueden usar los transportes públicos cercanos y en la noche usar app de taxi como Uber y similares.

La lejanía, pero la verdad viendo el precio y lo espacioso que es y como dije antes está muy bien conectado y se pueden usar las app de taxi no está mal, y el precio lo vale totalmente.

Bien, pero mejorable con limpieza y mantenimiento

El apartamento es amplio y está bastante bien. El sofá y las camas son cómodos, cocina, mesa del salón y ducha amplias. La zona es muy tranquila, no se oyen ruidos y se duerme genial. Dispone de aparcamiento en la puerta, lo que da mucha comodidad. Y tiene una parada de metro cerca que lleva al centro de París en unos 30 minutos.

El apartamento huele mal, muy mal, seguramente por las tuberías del baño, que deberían revisar. Se notaba que habían limpiado, pero hacía bastante tiempo, porque estaba lleno de polvo y el suelo sucio, así como los ventanales del salón que daban a la terraza. Las persianas tenían moho. Había bichos: muchos mosquitos, arañas y otros insectos. La terraza no la utilizamos, está completamente descuidada, sucia y llena de vegetación. Sólo existe un punto de luz en cada estancia, lo cual incomoda estar en el salón viendo la tele, por ejemplo, o al irse a dormir, si quieres leer ha de ser con la oyente luz del techo y luego levantarte para apagarla. No es vital pero es incómodo. El mueble del baño estaba roto, y otros armarios no cerraban bien. Y en algunos cojones y armarios había cosas rotas o inservibles. Esto denota una falta de mantenimiento de rutina, especialmente para este tipo de alquileres.

Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Służy pomocą i poradą. Apartament duży. W kuchni wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Z chęcią bym powrócił. Dziękuję za gościnę.

Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji. Brak moskitiery w oknach, przez co robaki dostawały się do środka.

Mauvais souvenir

La dame qui nous accueilli était très sympathique.

L'emplacement est mauvais, accès pas facile, places de parking extérieur mais pas toujours disponible, l'appartement est très vétuste, les meubles sont en mauvais état et les vitres des fenêtres sont très sales. Le petit jardin n'est pas du tout entretenu, il y avait des mégots de cigarette partout. Il y des mauvaises odeurs qui remontent des toilettes et de la salle de bain. L'équipement de la cuisine est ridicule avec des casseroles complètement déformées et qui ne fonctionnent pas avec la plaque à induction. On entend tous les bruits des appartements à côté.

Poteva andare meglio

La casa era abbastanza pulita e in ordine, le camere abbastanza spaziose e anche la zona giorno. Grande la cucina con un frigo e freezer nuovi e ben funzionanti. La doccia grande e con un bel getto di acqua facilmente miscelabile.

La casa è scomoda ai trasporti, per arrivare alla fermata della metro bisogna attraversare alcune strade in cui c'è un grosso cantiere in corso. La prima metro utile dista più di un km a piedi e questo rende scomodi gli spostamenti. Il bus che avrebbe dovuto esserci è stato soppresso al momento, probabilmente per il cantiere di cui ho detto sopra. La zona è vicinissima a una tangenziale molto trafficata. Non ci sono negozi, bar o supermercati nelle vicinanze, se non una boulangerie a 350 mt. Altri negozi sono almeno a 15 minuti a piedi, quindi diventa difficile fare un po' di spesa (bottiglie d'acqua e altre cose pesanti) e portarsela, per chi non ha l'auto. In casa, il water è diviso dal bagno ed è collocato in uno stretto cubicolo con porta che si apre all'interno: molto scomodo.

Logement très, très sale situé au bord de l'autoroute

Le logement est spacieux et il y a une machine à laver qui fonctionnait.

Le logement se trouve dans un bâtiment dégradé au pied de l'autoroute ce qui engendre des nuisances sonores au niveau des chambres. Il se trouve proche du métro mais en période de travaux autour de l'institut Gustave Roussi il faut faire un grand détour (double le trajet). Surtout le logement était extrêmement sale obligeant de passer immédiatement à notre arrivée la serpillière (eau noire). Le manque de ménage dans cet établissement n'est pas acceptable. Il y avait par ailleurs dans le four très sale une poele pleine d'huile que l'on a fait que déplacer dans un placard. Les serviettes à disposition étaient elles aussi sales (pleines de cheveux ). Heureusement la machine à laver fonctionnait correctement. Enfin une odeur nauséabonde se dégage de la salle d'eau necessitant de fermer en permanence la porte et de passer le moins de temps dans cette pièce au vu de l'odeur. Enfin différentes dégradations ne sont pas réparées notamment le plus embêtant le store du salon fermé tout le séjour, état de la porte d'entrée, etat placard chambre.

Utensilios hasta cargadores 🔌 cama Rivas sofá rico conexión ideal a la ciudad en el metro 14 y cerca del aéreo puerto Buag repito repito y repetiré siempre gracias BARBARA 😍👏🥹solo falto agüita para tomar pero nada todo muy cómodo recomiendo mucho 😉😉😉👏👏

Apartamentul este foarte spatios si are o anumita eleganta daca apreciezi combinatia de nou cu vechi. Bucataria este utilata cu tot ce am avut noi nevoie. Exista inclusiv o masina de spalat vase. Gazda ne-a intampinat si ne-a oferit toate informatiile necesare. Apreciem foarte mult comunicarea si faptul ca am fost informati la timp despre orice aspecte care ne-ar fi putut afecta sejurul. Multumim mult Barbara, pentru tot. Baia cu dus este foarte frumoasa si functioneaza exemplar. Sufrageria este foarte placuta, iar canapeaua comfortabila. Exista un supermarket in apropiere (15 minute de mers pe jos) si o patiserie.

Dormitoarele sunt mobilate mai spartan, iar optiunile pentru spatiile de depozitare (dulapuri) sunt interesante, dar nu neaparat practice. Lipseste un cuier unde pot fi atarnate hainele (pardesiele si gecile). Am folosit pentru asta spatarele scaunelor din sufragerie. Hainele mai lungi evident ajungeau pe jos. Apartamentul nu este departe de statia de autobuz. Exista mai multe astfel de statii in apropiere, insa la 10 minute de mers pe jos. Autobuzele toate asigura legatura cu statiile de metrou astfel incat se poate ajunge in Paris foarte usor, insa nu si foarte repede.
