Overall very good and I would stary here again

The place was clean. Kitchen is big and well equiped. Also a big table with enough chairs. Small dishwasher and a few cleaning tablets provided. I liked the smaller room had dark blinds and the larger one dark coutrains. Fan in every bedroom and aircon in the living room (we did not use it). The closets in the bedrooms were nice and spacious. Bathroom + separate toilet + separate shower... ita was convinient for 4 girls 😄 There was a garden with a grill...but did not seem to be used often. The metro is a good 5 minutes away through a nice park (or arround it). I liked that everybody locks all the gates, garden included - added a feeling of safety. But also the neighbourhood seems friendly. We walked 20 min once from the other metro station in the middle of the night.

My friend requested I point out... even though the appartment was very clean, there were quite a few spiders on arrival and our daughters would not go to sleep untill we cleared them all... and a small critter in one of the beds. My guess is, the high cealings do not get sweeped every cleaning amd since there is a lot of greenery arround opening the windows means some animals get in. Anyway, after the initial "exorcism" we were fine 😅 The smaller bedroom did get a bit stuffy at night. It was summer though. We had the fan on and kept the shutters down durimg the day ao it did not warm up too much. While the extra separate shower is welcome it is in a tight space and the doors keep opening... so a wider person should use the main bathroom.

Spacious flat with easy access to Paris city centre and Orly airport

The property was good value, considering the flat is spacious and a short walk to metro stations. Good position to reach Paris city centre easily and only few stops away from Orly airport on the new metro 14. It was 5 of us, including two children (6 and 7) and a 75-year old. We were comfortable being there for four nights, having two twin rooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, and two bathrooms. There is also a garden to chill out/barbecue but we didn't use it. The kitchen is also well equipped and all windows in the flat are double-glazed. The host was really great, being flexible with check in/out time, warmly welcoming us to the property and helping us efficiently with an electrical/light problem in one bedroom that arose during our stay.

Nothing really, only minor points. I thought the living room could have been a bit better cleaned, especially around the fireplace area/under the sofa bed. The bathrooms combined only have a small window on the roof (not straightforward to open) and so one needs to aerate well the environment as the bathrooms are close to the kitchen/dining area. The two pillows in one room were quite big for our small necks (!) but we slept OK once we got used to it.

very small( as expected) but equipped well! there was no body, during my stay. only i visited owner , at check in! it was like renting a room! all responsibility for cleaning the room ( studio) must be done by the guest. otherwise, there was no shampoo ( hair & body) !! must be declared at booking. com in the description of facility. during 9 night stay, only i received one bed linen.

Très flexible et bien situé.

Le propriétaire était très gentil et présent selon le besoin. Le propriétaire répond très vite ce qui rassure quand on voyage dans de nouvelles régions. Parking à l'intérieur de la propriété collé au logement. Très facile d'accès métro 14 et 2 ligne de bus. Beau jardin dans la propriété et un beau jardin juste à côté.

Un peu de poussière (mais l'appartement était propre). Une hauteur sous plafond limité et quelque insecte ce qui est normal quand on a un grand jardin a disposition.
