The owner is very arrogante, did not give a comany invoice even i ask for it several times. they cancell my reservation before my coming to the place during a business trip, i landed at 18.00 drove to Paris until 20.00 ... business meeting finished at 22.30, start driving to the apartment hoping that some one will be there after this long working day , surprise .... No reception ... No answrs on the phone , whats app or emails ! I await until 00.30 and then left to find a place to sleep. I did not get into the structure that night as my reservation was cancelled from the owner as i did not made any diposit or confirm of the check in which was received by messege after the reservation " time i was driving to Paris where i could not check my phone. ( NORMALLY THIS CONDITION MUST BE MENTIONED AT THE TIME THAT YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION AND NOT AFTER THE RESERVATION DONE ) THE CONDITION FOR A CONTRACT LEGALLY SPEAKING MUST BE SHOWN BEFORE COMPLETE THE RESERVATION AND NOT AFTER TEH PAYMENT OF THE SAME ! a serious hotel or owner should call the client if the client for some reason did not answer !!! it is a service and not await to block the amount for a mistake or forget of the client ! at 01.30 AM I found another hotel near by for me and colleagues.. the day after i got a messege that the owner cancel my reservation for 2 nights, he stole my money for the made reservation for the reason of NO SHOW .. and after many emails requesting an invoice witout no answers I was lookign to call the French Finance department to make a claim shows that the sturcture did not gives an invoice for the money "stolen" ... structure afraid for this actiton sent the invoice only days ago.. i do not indeed recommend this place ..... better finding other structure where they are polite to wellcome their guests and give a certian service for clients.

Overall a very good apartment

I have to start with how clean was the apartment! Everything felt brand new and we really felt how it was good cleaned before we arrived. The couch was already prepared to sleep on which was very nice. The building felt very secure, the owner of the apartment was very nice and around there is good places to eat. The check in was easy. There is free street parking places which is very nice, knowing what a mess is to park your car in Paris. The apartment was really hot and for the price it exceeded our expectations.

The apartment is next to a busy street so if you sleep in the living room its quite noisy but i guess its normal for Paris. The pressure of the water in the shower was a little bit too low. The 400 euro that you have to give before to arrive it's a little bit stressing, but we didn't had any issues and we got our money back.

Very amicable host who's taking good care of his property. The location is very good as well. Relatively calm neighborhood, quite easy to park your car nearby etc. Wonderful nice park and rose garden close by. Very recommended.

Avoid Apart Hotel Panambi. We were unfairly charged from our deposit for “cleaning” and accused of staining bedding that was already marked. No fresh towels provided, poor location with no transport links, and it took 5 days to get our deposit back. The room was fine, but the stress and suspect charges make it not worth it — stay closer to Paris instead.

Rooms space good. Good value.

The bathroom very small , the tiles are smooth. 7 of us was there and we all fell. No elevator and we has to climb 3flight of stairs. The pull out bed is super uncomfortable. We actually left and found better arrangements. The host said we could not get a refund.

Nice apartment in a Paris suburb housr, very close to public transport and with free public parking in the area. There are also 2 supermarkets close by and a fast food place very close which had cheap.and good food. The host was very nice and had everything just right by the time we got there. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Overall experience was excellent

Great stay with young kids.

I loved the 2 room appartement, especially because we were travelling with kids. The host is a very nice guy and personally welcomed us. The appartement is recently renovated and has this very nice bar/table in the kitchen area (which is also fully equiped) Also the bathroom is modern and clean and contains a washing machine. We used this appartement to check out Paris when travelling to yhe south. There is enough parking space besides the street and there are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Also a park across the street only unfortunately it was closed, I think because it was off season. I would (reccomend to) book this appartement for future travels if traveling with youngsters.

To get to Paris with public transport (Paris is like a rally track for motorcycles) you'd need to take th bus to the metro station. We did not understand the bus system, something with SMS that did not seem to work, so it would be good to check that out in avance. However, Uber saved the day :)

Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel, pokój dobrze urządzony, czysto. Na plus cicha i spokojna okolica. Przystanek metra ok. 25 min drogi od apartamentu. Polecam serdecznie, idealny nocleg na kilkudniową wycieczkę do Paryża.

Warto zwrócić uwagę na obowiązek kaucji płatnej przelewem. Dodatkowo na wyposażeniu brak mydła do ciała i szamponu. Poza tym wszystko prima sort :)

Sehr netter Empfang durch Ruu-Daniel. Modern Style. Platzangebot. Gute Betten. Großes Badezimmer. Großer TV.

Fehlendes Treppengeländer. Fehlender Kleiderschrank. Fehlende Kühlschrankblende. Offene Kabelschächte. Insgesamt unfertiger Bauzustand. 400 € Kaution sollten kurzfristig überwiesen werden. Das finde ich sehr unüblich. Vor Ort Bezahlung in Cash oder Karte wären unkomplizierter.

Prima rustige locatie om de stad Parijs te bezoeken.

De ligging was prima. 20 minuten lopen van metrostation L'Haÿ-les-Roses of 5 minuten met de auto. Wij hadden geen moeite om een parkeerplaats in de buurt bij het station te vinden. Binnen 45 minuten ben je in het centrum. Ook kan je de bus nemen in de straat zelf. Appartement was schoon.

Door de hoge temperaturen (36 graden) was het op de benedenverdieping (woonkamer + keuken, 3e slaapkamer) van het appartement warm. Op de bovenverdieping (2 slaapkamers) was er een "airco". Op de benedenverdieping zou dit ook mogen.

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du propriétaire et de sa femme, la propreté du logement et les ustensiles présents sur place (frigo, micro-onde, tv, , cafetière, douche, lave linge ......) tout était nickel lors de notre séjour.
