Modern and clean apartment, easy to access and the host was very accessible.

It is on a main road and the traffic kept me awake at night.

no reception service , no answers on calls , whatsapp , emails ,,, ,no french speakers , no correct persons with howm you can trust ...

The owner is very arrogante, did not give a comany invoice even i ask for it several times. they cancell my reservation before my coming to the place during a business trip, i landed at 18.00 drove to Paris until 20.00 ... business meeting finished at 22.30, start driving to the apartment hoping that some one will be there after this long working day , surprise .... No reception ... No answrs on the phone , whats app or emails ! I await until 00.30 and then left to find a place to sleep. I did not get into the structure that night as my reservation was cancelled from the owner as i did not made any diposit or confirm of the check in which was received by messege after the reservation " time i was driving to Paris where i could not check my phone. ( NORMALLY THIS CONDITION MUST BE MENTIONED AT THE TIME THAT YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION AND NOT AFTER THE RESERVATION DONE ) THE CONDITION FOR A CONTRACT LEGALLY SPEAKING MUST BE SHOWN BEFORE COMPLETE THE RESERVATION AND NOT AFTER TEH PAYMENT OF THE SAME ! a serious hotel or owner should call the client if the client for some reason did not answer !!! it is a service and not await to block the amount for a mistake or forget of the client ! at 01.30 AM I found another hotel near by for me and colleagues.. the day after i got a messege that the owner cancel my reservation for 2 nights, he stole my money for the made reservation for the reason of NO SHOW .. and after many emails requesting an invoice witout no answers I was lookign to call the French Finance department to make a claim shows that the sturcture did not gives an invoice for the money "stolen" ... structure afraid for this actiton sent the invoice only days ago.. i do not indeed recommend this place ..... better finding other structure where they are polite to wellcome their guests and give a certian service for clients.

I have to start with how clean was the apartment! Everything felt brand new and we really felt how it was good cleaned before we arrived. The couch was already prepared to sleep on which was very nice. The building felt very secure, the owner of the apartment was very nice and around there is good places to eat. The check in was easy. There is free street parking places which is very nice, knowing what a mess is to park your car in Paris. The apartment was really hot and for the price it exceeded our expectations.

The apartment is next to a busy street so if you sleep in the living room its quite noisy but i guess its normal for Paris. The pressure of the water in the shower was a little bit too low. The 400 euro that you have to give before to arrive it's a little bit stressing, but we didn't had any issues and we got our money back.

Very amicable host who's taking good care of his property. The location is very good as well. Relatively calm neighborhood, quite easy to park your car nearby etc. Wonderful nice park and rose garden close by. Very recommended.

Avoid Apart Hotel Panambi. We were unfairly charged from our deposit for “cleaning” and accused of staining bedding that was already marked. No fresh towels provided, poor location with no transport links, and it took 5 days to get our deposit back. The room was fine, but the stress and suspect charges make it not worth it — stay closer to Paris instead.

Very neat and spacious bedroom for one person and easy access. Rui was also very helpful and accommodated my earlier check in.

We are very pleased with our stay in the apartment. The owner met us and showed us our room. He was very hospitable and shared with us important information for tourists, it was very nice to communicate with him. The apartment was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable. I think we will definitely come back here.

Rooms space good. Good value.

The bathroom very small , the tiles are smooth. 7 of us was there and we all fell. No elevator and we has to climb 3flight of stairs. The pull out bed is super uncomfortable. We actually left and found better arrangements. The host said we could not get a refund.
