Welcome to our charming 35m² studio, located on the 1st floor of a peaceful residence "Les balcons de la Roseraie", with an elevator for your comfort. This studio offers a generous and well-appointed space to make your stay enjoyable.

● Living Space: The 20m² living room is the perfect place to relax. Here you will find two comfortable beds for peaceful nights including 2 pillows per person and linens, a comfortable sofa, a smart TV with + 180 channels for your entertainment, as well as a dining table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy your meals. The accommodations are equipped with High-Speed WI-FI.

● Fully equipped kitchen: The kitchen is ready to satisfy all your culinary needs. It is equipped with an induction hob for cooking, a L'or Barista (Philipps) coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a popcorn machine, a raclette machine, a fridge and a washing machine. You will also find all the kitchen essentials, including plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots and pans. For your first few days, you will have coffee capsules, sugar, tea, salt and pepper available.

● Bathroom and separate toilet: The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub to relax after a busy day. Shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are at your disposal. It is also equipped with a sink and a mirror. You have a set of 2 bath towels per person and a hairdryer available. The toilet is separate for convenience.

● Practical Storage: When you arrive, you will find a storage cupboard at the entrance, ideal for storing your belongings and keeping the space tidy. Also at your disposal are an iron and ironing board, a drying rack, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils.

● Parking: No need to worry about parking, as you will have access to the parking available inside the residence. Otherwise, free spaces are available outside the residence.

Traveler access
The accommodations are fully accessible as well as the outdoor area of the residence where you can sit and the parking lot. Check-in is automatic (the scheduled slots are check-in 11am and check-out 4pm but the accommodation remains flexible). Early check-in or late check-out is possible with an extra charge. The apartment is conveniently located near the Rose Garden Park, where you can enjoy beautiful outdoor walks. You are also close to the municipal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in the summer. Public transportation is easily accessible, making it easy to get around the city. In addition, there are shops nearby for your daily needs.
