What we liked the most about the accommodation was how quiet and comfortable it was. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to relax. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, and we really appreciated how easy it was to reach the city center by public transport. It felt like a home away from home!

Perfect location for access to La Briqueterie CDCN

Clean, warm studio flat with kitchenette, WC and shower and access to a private courtyard area. TV and wifi were working properly. Great location in close proximity to shops, laundrette, cafe/bar, bakery and metro and tram. The space had everything we required including a small kitchen with fridge, toaster, induction hob, coffee pot, microwave with grill function, and a kettle. We were able to self cater very easily. The host was very kind and responsive. There were black out shutters and curtains.

For me, the tiled flooring was quite cold so I recommend bringing thick, warm socks or some slippers if visiting in the colder months of the year.

Exceptional

It was a nice,modern and big appartment, good for six people. Two bedrooms, one kichen, a living room , WC. The was a nice kichen with all the necessary equipment and a nice bathroom with clean towels. Late check in possible with a lock box. 800 m from the metro M7 to go to Paris. Good value for money.

Value for money - Close to metro

Due to a last minute change of emergency from the owner, we were informed that we need to stay in a very close but different place called La Ferme des Barmonts. The room was very similar to the one we booked in Villa Liberte and the staff was friendly. Also, it included all the necessary equipment and it was only 5 minutes by walk from the metro. Line 7 goes directly to Louvre and other central locations.

1) the last minute change of location. It is understandable and we appreciated the support from the friendly staff however the room was not the one that we paid for. 2) We stayed 7 nights and the room was only cleaned once. It would be nice in the future to clean these twice per week for long stays.

Affordable location to get around Paris. Easy fit for 4 persons. Better to use the public transport!

Compared to Paris prices, it was very affordable. It has a nice patio where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun; metro station is very close (max 10 min walk). It has dishwasher and a separate freezer. The back garden is quiet so rooms facing that area was relaxing. The host was very nice, even helped me to get an invoice. Boulangerie and small shop 2 min away, was a delight to have fresh bread each morning.

NO PARKING! When i booked the place, it was stated it had parking close by. It's was provided to a near by location, 13 min walk, in a very narrow place. For me, parking means you have a place on the premises. There were no cleaning cloths on the arrival, we had to ask for some in order to keep the place clean. The kitchen counter was sticky, the bathroom had spider web. The shower needs some improvements, both in the hanger (the shower head kept falling off) as in the curtain needed to be longer to prevent water from getting out. The start up package was for just 3 days, garbage bags and dishwasher tablets. Not sure how someone staying for a week could be able to get those for the rest of the days...the stores do not sell them by piece...

Nice and clean apartment for the price! The apartment was well equipped. The surrounding was calmer than I thought beforehand. Nothing to complain.

We had difficulties with the dryer for clothes but I quess it will be fixed.

Great place but a bit far away

Fantastic apartment in a good area. there was an unexpected problem in our arrival but the hotel manager was very supportive and helpful and provided a very good solution.

Great base for visiting Paris and the surrounding area.

Apartement in stylish old house baeutifully renovated. Comfy bedrooms, very comfortable kitchen. Bathrooms with spacy showers. Garden with a place to relax after visiting attraction of Paris. Close to the small city center with rest and bakery, grocery store etc. WiFi ok.

Host was very attentive, and helped us with anything that we needed. Replied very quickly to any questions or issues we asked about. Definitely recommend a stay here, for those who would like a quieter stay in Paris, and if you don't mind public transport. Line 7 Metro straight into the city, no changes needed!

Wery wellcoming host. Usefull informations received. Very good starter kit in the kitchen. Wi-fi wery good. Shops near by. Metro relatively close. Inner courtyard was a big plus. Thank You again, You made us feel welcommed!

Minha casinha francesa

Esta foi a segunda vez que me hospedei na Villa Liberté. Desta vez, fiquei em uma casinha adorável, totalmente equipada. Éramos duas pessoas, estava com uma amiga, mas esse chalé, acomoda perfeitamente bem 4 pessoas. O nosso anfitrião, Monsieur Mariotte, é uma pessoa gentilíssima. A acomodação não é em Paris, é em Villejuif, mas o metrô, linha 7,resolve muito bem a questão de deslocamento. A estação fica a 700m da acomodação. Gostei muito, tanto que estive hospedada lá duas vezes, este ano. Recomendo fortemente.

Nessa acomodação não havia um armário para guardarmos as nossas roupas. Apenas uma cômoda de 4 gavetas no quarto. A substituição da cômoda por um armário tornaria a organização das roupas mais fácil. Também acho que seria muito útil se houvesse algum tipo de cabides, ou suportes na parede para pendurarmos os casacos. Estive lá entre novembro e dezembro, já fazia bastante frio e quando chegávamos em casa, adorara que houvesse algum lugar aonde pendurar os casacos.

Einfache Unterkunft, ruhige Lage

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Genug Platz, gutes bequemes, weiches Bett. Kochmöglichkeit. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der gerne weiterhilft. Prima großer Supermarkt an der U-Bahn, guter Bäcker um die Ecke.

Leider ist das Zimmer sehr muffig und dunkel. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Souterrain. Wenig Licht. Im Wesentlichen über die Eingangstür. Es wird wohl auch nur dieses eine Zimmer über booking.com vermietet, so dass keine Auswahl besteht. Sehr verwinkelte Ferienwohnung. Wenn man weiß, worauf man sich einlässt, mag es okay sein. Man kann kochen und es ist ruhig. Kleine, etwas enge Terrasse. Im Sommer sicher zu heiß, da keine Klimaanlage. Kein Mückenschutz vor der Tür oder den Fenstern. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber die Gegend rundum ist recht öde.

Minha casinha na Crança

Gostei de absolutamente tudo. O estúdio era encantador. Camas super confortáveis. Um banheiro enorme. Ducha maravilhosa. Closet com um armário bem grande. Cozinha equipada com tudo. Um jardinzinho lindo.A sensação era de estar em casa. A estação de metrô Léo-Lagrange fica a 700m. Um ótimo supermercado em frente à estação do metrô. Mercadinhos e boulangerie mais próximos da acomodação, que fica em uma rua super tranquila. Eu estava com minha neta de 15 anos. Voltávamos à noite depois das 22 h, nos sentindo em total segurança. A acolhida foi excepcional. O senhor Mariotte foi a gentileza personificada. Acolhida nota 1000. Fizemos o check-in bem mais cedo do que o horário marcado. Enfim, nota 100 para tudo. Recomendo com certeza.

Se a estação do metrô fosse um pouco mais perto seria bom, mas na verdade, isso não foi um problema. Era nosso agradável exercício diário

Goed appartement op goeie locatie ten zuiden van de stad Parijs, aangenaam verblijf.

Het appartement is gelegen in een rustige locatie, supermarktje en bakker om de hoek. De auto kan geparkeerd worden achter een hek, staat veilig. Metro (Villejuif-Léo Lagrange) op 10 minuten lopen, en met 20 minuten ben je in centrum. Duidelijke informatiemap en veel plattegrondjes aanwezig. Wij hadden appartement nr 5/hoog, met buitentrap toegankelijk, geen balkon, wel kun je eventueel op de binnenplaats zitten. Meubilair in het woongedeelte was minimaal, in het keukengedeelte goeie zitstoelen en tafel. Slaapkamers ruim voldoende, goede bedden, rustige ligging. Koffieapparaat is met filterzakje #4. Er is een vaatwasser en voldoende schoonmaakmiddel. Prettige badkamer met goeie douche. Tegenover de metro-ingang is een Intermarché supermarkt en een paar eetgelegenheden. Je kunt vanuit de stad ook busnr 47 nemen naar le Kremlin-bicêtre, vandaar loop je in 15 minuten naar het appartement of je neemt 1 halte de metro. De eigenaar was via Whatsapp meestal goed te bereiken, wel erg hulpvaardig.

Er waren een paar lampen kapot, vergeten te melden aan de eigenaar. Had deze vast wel vervangen.

Prima Unterkunft für einen Parisbesuch

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Villa Liberté liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und man ist in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der nächsten Metro, die direkt in die City fährt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
