Luxury Stay with Terrace and AC 10 min to Paris

1) excellent care. previous guests damaged the tv, the Wi-Fi connection, and a sofa just a couple of days before our arrival. The host communicated with us transparently, and at our arrival there was a brand new tv, a working Wi-Fi connection through a 4g key, and the sofa was repaired. 2) always responsive. Any message I sent got a reply within 1 hour, most often within 10 minutes 3) everything was as advertised. 4) nice position at walking distance to RER C, 15 mins from city center, in an area with several supermarkets and food places 5) very reasonably priced 6) can easily accommodate 5 people like us

- the ac on the first floor is positioned unfortunately right in front of the double bed, hence the cold air gets directly in your face…that could be fine for somebody but uncomfortable for others…but also, I understand that there are not many alternatives for placing it - the wc is at the ground floor, the rest of the bathroom (sink, shower) at the first. I dunno if that’s common in France, but from Italy it was a bit weird and uncomfortable to do the stairs to wash your hands 😅

zum Bahnhof ist kurz. Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung – zwar klein, aber für einen Trip nach Paris völlig ausreichend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kam auch sofort, wenn wir ein kleines Problem hatten. Der Parkplatz direkt neben der Ferienwohnung war ebenfalls in Ordnung. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen und werden sicherlich wieder einmal buchen.

Die Stühle in der Küche sind etwas zu hoch, und es waren nur vier vorhanden, obwohl wir zu fünft waren. Die Möbel und die Ausstattung sind insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrassenmöbel waren teilweise defekt und ein Sonnenschirm fehlte. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass alles sauber war.
