The location in a Paris suburb, lot of various people, not so turistic but a good choice to visit the city. So the location is just fine. The owner was great, very flexible on our arrival (we arrived from Strasbourg), he take time to meet us, give us basic info and was disposable all the time of our staying. He even gave us some tips about Paris public transport tickets that are not so cheap if you buy them for one direction / 1 trip.
Actually, the location is "just somewhere in Paris". Close to one of the tram stations, few stations form metro (Choisy-le-Roi - RER line C) . To the Pris city center app 45 minutes. But you need to keep in mind that the metro, RER and tram are not 24/7 and consider buying the right tickets. At the end there is a taxi that in the middle of the night will cost you up to 30€ to get back. Not such a big deal.

Eine sehr schön und modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einer geschlossenen Wohnblockanlage. Balkon ist verglast und dient als kleinen Wintergarten für den morgendlichen Kaffee. Zwei kleine getrennte Schlafzimmer und großzügiger Wohn-/Küchenbereich. Küchenzeile mit Induktionskochfeld, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und sehr guter Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, das Auto in einem gesicherten Parkplatz abzustellen.
Die Kochausstattung ist knapp bemessen, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Richtig Kochen wäre nur eingeschränkt möglich.
In den Schlafzimmern sind Matratzen und Bettdecken in Ordnung, die Kissen waren und zu weich und dünn, aber das ist wirklich sehr individuell.
Mit der Gegend muss man zurecht kommen. Für uns war es kein Problem, da wir uns bereits auskannten.

Appartement joliment aménagé, très propre et très lumineux, il dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour passer un agréable séjour seul ou à plusieurs. De plus, le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l'écoute du client pour que le séjour se passe au mieux ! Étant venu en voiture, j'ai apprécié de pouvoir me garer dans un parking fermé et sécurisé. De plus, même si je n'ai pas pris de transports en commun, j'ai bien vu qu'il y a un arrêt de tram juste à côté de l'appartement.
