Spacious apartment in residential complex. Ground floor so no need to use elevator or stairs. Rooms quite big - enough space for 4-5 people. Quiet area, bus stop next to apartment or RER C in walking distance
Apartment is quite used and worn compared to pictures. Damaged floor, dirty painting and doors. Questionable electric sockets. Furniture very light and simple. Damp and wet smell in the toilette and especially in the bathroom. We opened the windows but did not help. Floor not cleaned properly, especially in the kitchen. Apartment needs better cleaning and proper regular maintenance, not only renting it whole year without investment. If owner takes better care, it is good accommodation with potential.

Good location, quiet
Entire apartment was very humid and damp, so nothing would dry easily (had to dry our clothes using an iron), no soap in shower, no paper towels, shower would not drain
