About this house rental
Relax during your holidays in this lovely house surrounded by a lush garden.
The house is very comfortable and cosy for a perfect stay. It is located in the city center, close to shops.
Going to Paris is easy and fast by bus (bus stop is closed to the house), Tram (10 min) or RER (metro-train) (10 min). The RER allows accessing most of the tourist attractions in a few stations (Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Musée d'Orsay and the Louvre, etc.).
The renting includes the entire use of the house with its private garden. The accommodation is located near the center of the city of Vitry-sur-Seine where the shops are.
It includes:
- a large main room with a dining area and a living room area (with a big screen TV). A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional persons if necessary.
- a fully equiped kitchen (with fridge, cooker, micro-wave...) open to the main room.
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a second bedroom with two single beds
- a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a a washing machine.
- a separate toilet
- a terrace/patio overlooking the kitchen which allows you to have breakfast outside or to cook a BBQ
- a garden all around the house
The house has high-speed WiFi (via fiber optic).
The house has a self-contained entrance with a key safe.
