Tout était parfait

Max, the owner, was exceptionally kind and helpful. Even though we never met in person and communicated only through WhatsApp, he was always available, friendly, and very precise with all the instructions and guidelines, which made everything easy and stress-free. The private parking was perfect for our car, and we especially appreciated his generosity on the last day, allowing us to keep the car parked until the evening after check-out. That extra convenience made our departure much more relaxed. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again.

Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met our expectations, and our stay was smooth and comfortable. The only minor point is that the location is a bit outside central Paris, so the RER and metro connections are less frequent compared to staying in the city itself. It’s worth being a bit more attentive to train schedules when planning trips into Paris. On the positive side, taxi services like Bolt were reasonably priced and convenient, which helped with getting around easily.

Free parking is a great advantage. The owner was very helpful and understanding, he let us park our car before check-in and after check out. 5 mins walking distance to the city train, which can take you to the main touristic spots in 20 mins. All necessary information for check-in was given detailly. Apartment was clean and tidy.

The sound isolation is not the best and you can easily hear noise from other apartments. Especially since the building consists of short term rental apartments, the noise can be disturbing especially early in the mornings.
