This was my second time choosing one of the apartments managed by Max and once again I'm very pleased that I did. The place is comfortable, clean, in a convenient location - a short walk from the train station and also a short walk from the event that I was attending. The host is very helpful and very quick to respond to any messages. We received very clear instructions before arrival which made the check-in process very smooth as we were arriving at different times. The fact that all doors are code operated meant that we didn't have to worry about one shared key. There was some flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. We stayed in February and the heaters in the flat were sufficient, but the floor felt quite cold- bring slippers or warm socks. There is a coffee machine (it was much needed) and we also used the kitchen facilities to cook (some basics were there - including salt and oil). All in all a great stay and would most definitely recommend the apartments.

The only downside, and this is not in any way a reflection on this property, but on booking.com, when I made the booking in August the price was rather high (I assumed because of Valentine's day). For various reasons I cancelled the booking and then our plans changed again and, as I went to book the same place again, I ended up paying EUR200 less! That's a very big difference for 3 people sharing a 3-night stay. I always thought that booking far in advance is cheaper - apparently not.

I arrived with a good feeling and left with an excellent feeling.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a great experience. The room was excellent and very clean. The owner responds quickly, communicates clearly and is very accommodating. Free parking was available and worked perfectly. The metro is just a short walk away and you can reach the city center within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again next time.

If your neighbours are noisy - you can hear them. The stairs are a bit noisy too. If someone is cooking - you will smell that (in the stairs space, not the apartment). Also, its a bit tricky to drive inside the yard in order to park (minimal width of the garage door).

The host was very thoughtful as to suggest places to visit including the tram to use which was quite helpful as it was our first time in Paris. The guideline actually ended being our guide throughout the trip.

Perfect accommodation, very cost-effective.

I am very satisfied with the accommodation. The host gave me a very convenient way to move in, and all kinds of tips are timely. The accommodation is very close to the railway station, and the train can directly reach most of the scenic spots in the city center. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and the bakery‘s Kesong is delicious. There is a Chinese restaurant not far away, which is very appetizing to me.

The train line into Paris had engineering works, apparently these works are common in August. Minor inconvenience, did not detract from property location.

Great apartment for short Paris trip.

This is a brilliant little apartment with the bonus of secure parking in a courtyard. The apartment had a lovely bathroom, essentials for the kitchen and comfortable beds. It was less than 10 minutes to walk to the train station and we could get to Paris centre in around 40 minutes. There's lots of takeaways close by (recommend the pizza shop), and a Monoprix supermarket around the corner which was very well stocked. All in all, this works well for a short break in Paris.

The apartment was brilliant. I had doubts about the area because it looks sketchy with lots of graffiti, but we had no adverse interactions and staff in shops were friendly.

It's an excellent place to stay for a short trip — especially if you have a car.

The apartment met our expectations — it was quite new, very clean, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated how smooth and friendly the communication with the host was. Everything inside the apartment felt fresh and modern, which made our stay comfortable. Also, there was a lovely bakery just around the corner — the pastries were very delicious, reasonably priced, and the couple who ran it were incredibly friendly. It added a really nice local touch to our stay.

One of the rooms was quite noisy, particularly in the evenings, which made it hard to relax. The living room was a bit dark, lacking natural light. Since we were traveling with a baby under 1 year old, we always had to use taxis as the location was a bit far from the main tourist attractions.

Posizione ottimale rispetto alla stazione RER C (4 stazioni in 20' e sei a Saint Michel) e quindi ottima x la visita di Parigi. Pulizia e assistenza ottima per ogni esigenza. Silenzio e tranquillità. Ottima la possibilità di posteggio per chi è in macchina

Absoluut de moeite waard.

Absoluut een net appartement. Alles was schoon. Beddegoed was schoon. De eigenaar was erg attent en goed bereikbaar voor advies. Hij gereageerd vaak binnen 10 minuten. Er is een eigen parkeerplaats op een afgesloten binnenterrein. Het is 5 min lopen van het treinstation en dan binnen 15 minuten in hartje Parijs.

部屋は広くて綺麗で快適。駅からも近くて便利。冷蔵庫やキッチン用品が整備されていて、自炊も問題なくできそう。ホストとは顔を合わせることはなかったが事前の連絡が適切で質問などへの回答も早く、問題なく部屋に入れた。懸念事項についてはWhatsappで電話連絡をくれるなど細かな配慮があり、ストレスなく過ごせた。

Wir waren positiv überrascht.

Schöne , große Ferienwohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar einen Föhn. Übrigens, die Kaffeemaschine ist eine Nespresso. Alles war sauber.

Die Betten sind leider nur 160cm breit. Aber bei 3 Betten konnten wir zu dritt jeder in einem Bett schlafen.

Ottima pulizia, sono presenti macchinetta per il caffè, microonde, piano cottura ad induzione, frigorifero, tostapane, riscaldamento sia in camera che in bagno e un pratico stendino.

Il letto troppo piccolo e rumoroso, forse un altro asciugamano poiché vengono forniti due asciugamani per la doccia e uno per il viso da condividere.

Очень комфортные, уютные, чистые апартаменты в тихом районе недалеко от центра Парижа. Все соответствует описанию и фотографиям на сайте. Рядом множество магазинчиков, 2 пекарни, ресторанчики. Самое важное, что рядом в 5 минутах ходьбы удобная станция электрички, что позволяет добраться до основных достопримечательностей Парижа без пересадок! Хозяин Макс очень доброжелателен, всегда на связи и готов помочь по любым вопросам! Мы прекрасно провели свои выходные в Париже! Будем обязательно рекомендовать эти апартаменты своим друзьям и знакомым! Спасибо за все!!!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'appartamento è molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario (frigo, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, ecc.). Vicino alla metro (RER) e autobus. Inoltre è vicino a vari negozi e al supermercato. Il proprietario Max è sempre stato disponibile, molto gentile e premuroso. Da tornarci presto!

Sauber, einfach, aber günstig mit kostenfreies Parken im Hof

Das Appartement ist einfach ausgestattet, aber sauber und bei geschlossenen Fenster überwiegend ruhig. Ebenso praktisch ist, dass in der Küche nicht nur eine Mikrowelle vorhanden ist, sondern auch ein Kühlschrank in „Normalegröße“. Vor allem ist die Anbindung der ÖV nur wenige Geh-Minuten entfernt. Ebenfalls ist es wirklich klasse, dass man sein Fahrzeug im abgeschlossenen Innenhof kostenfrei parken kann ❤️. Auch die Bäckerei an der nächsten Ecke ist spitze - absolut zu empfehlen.

Die Ausstattung fällt etwas dürftig aus. Leider gibt es keinen vollständigen Satz an Besteck und Teller, Schüsseln oder Gläser für wenigstens 2 Person (zum Glück hatten wir unser eigenes Besteck und ein paar Weingläser dabei).

Sehr gute Wohnung für einen Städtetrip nach Paris.

Uns hat vor allem die Lage in Paris gefallen, außerdem die Größe der Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die Küche hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen, da sie sehr gut ausgestattet war.

Für uns zu zweit war das Bett etwas eng, und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche nicht ausreichend.

Prima verblijf wat we iedereen aanraden

Een goed ingericht en zeer schoon appartement. We hadden drie dagen fietsen gehuurd en de fietstocht van Parijs naar het appartement was veilig en heel goed te doen. Bakker op 2 minuutjes lopen. Supermarkt 5 minuten. Wij zouden zo weer voor dit appartement kiezen.

Het was tamelijk warm en wanneer de ramen open stonden wat gehorig.
