Fabulous apartment Air conditioned Nice Terrace 10 min from Paris

The location was very convenient, with easy access to the metro and good infrastructure nearby. In general, the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

There were several things that could be improved. The upstairs bathroom does not have a toilet, which was inconvenient. Some of the kitchen chairs were broken, and although there are several power sockets in the bedrooms, many of them are difficult to access because they are hidden behind the beds. The microwave was also not working during our stay. The garden furniture was not clean and could have been better maintained. I would also not recommend this property for groups of more than four people, as the apartment is not spacious enough to accommodate a larger group comfortably.

It has complete amenities like washing machine and kitchen. Cleaned and looks newly refurbished apartment and secure. The landlady let us drop- off our luggage early. Responds to our message right away. Easy access to the apartment door. Overall its a good apartment for 5 people.

A little bit walk to metro. Toilet and shower area a little small but manageable. Shower area has a wall protruding from above. Barely able to move. No ac in the living room during summer. Some ants on the floor. May need fumigation. Washing machine no dryer.just spin dry. Nowhere to hang cloths for drying after washing. Beddings on the sofa bed had small stained. Toilet on the ground no sink to wash hands. No bidet like most european toilets. No water faucet, just toilet seat. But overall its ok.

Le logement est à 10 min à pied du RER

Le four fonctionnait mal, seulement un mode a fonctionné au bout d’1 heure. Le contact pour l’enregistrement était très compliqué et la personne était désagréable
