You to have table to eating dinner or breakfast. Tha plate is oil dirty the floor hair and the bed the light is no work the TV so no work no organization

Bad, extremely bad.

I Appartement 4, 11 & 13 all have issues, never go there. Appartement 4 has a bad & unsupportable ordour coming from the bathroom. Complained to the host and nothing was done. The Washing Machine is not working. The was electric plugs in the bedroom and kitchen arent working. Called the host and promised to fix it but was never fixed. And the bed was broken. No TV in the bedroom Appartement 11 & 13 has window blind issues, not working

The only good thing about the appartment is the area. A part from that its not worth the money

It was a horrible experience that I can't fully describe. We've lost trust in Booking.com completely

It was a terrible experience. This is a scam. We actually ended up not staying there, as the room was so bad upon arrival. We had to haul our luggage up the stairs to get into the place, just to discover a garbage dump of a room! There was recently cooked pasta in a pot on the stove. The hallway was filled with garbage that needed to be thrown away. The bed was unmade. There were discarded containers in the bathroom sink. A box of opened Tampax on the table in the living room. An opened gym bag with contents still inside. You'd never imagine a box of tampons left on the table of a normal hotel, right? But there they were... along with a person's personal ID card. Who would leave such an important piece of information!? The room was filthy! It would have taken us at least a full day to clean and wash everything, which isn't our job. It should be in a rentable state upon the guest's arrival. The photos on Booking.com portray the accommodation as a clean and modern, "luxury residence". This is false advertising. It's a lie. If it was clean, and prepared for guests, we could have accepted that, but there was nothing luxurious about it. It's not a very safe neighborhood in the first place. We were hoping, at least the room itself would be clean and secure, but alas it was not. We contacted the host and requested to cancel our reservation. We were told they would "look into it and get back to us as soon as possible," but we still have not received a reply or a refund. I contacted Booking.com customer service, but they told me that my request for a refund was rejected and that I would have to deal with the host directly. The host is completely unmotivated, completely abandoning site management obligations, and was of no help. We placed an international call and spoke to the host for a moment, then were promptly hung up on!

We are left helpless and at a financial loss, with nothing to show for it except for terrible memories. I was planning on staying there with my family, but to be honest, I was concerned that someone else could easily use the same code we received to get inside. We had a similar experience with a different accommodation in poor condition, listed on Airb●●. When we stated our case and sent proof, the company quickly intervened and processed the refund. We expected the same from Booking.com, but no.. There was nothing good about this accommodation. It was completely uninhabitable. Since we have not received a refund or a response, we have no choice but to warn others visiting Booking.com. We will follow this accommodation until it is shut down, and removed from the website. Booking.com should not allow such poorly-maintained and dishonest 'accommodations' to be listed. For Booking.com to keep this accommodation listed on it's website, it's just going to lead to an unsafe situation for people in the future. Booking.com, are you going to take responsibility!? We will continue to investigate whether legal measures can be taken from our home country. Since we live outside of Europe, our ODR options are limited, but perhaps a European resident might choose to pursue legal action. Everyone, please make your decision wisely. This accommodation should be avoided at all costs!! It is not clean, sanitary, nor safe. And the host is dishonest and is cheating people out of their hard-earned money. A crook!! You should be ashamed of yourself.

There was no place to hang clothes. The owner of the property was informed and refused to bring a temporary solution. This place should not be advertised as a luxury apartment that is ready for rent.

Not able to access to the booked flat ending up in one with filthy state: broken toilet seat, tv detached and not working. Bin without lid, blinds broken and near the early morning lights…

The house is really clean and its in a good spot.

There is no internet, not working tv, nobody will answer to you about your problems, they ask us to sent pictures with us holding ID and credit card to confirm the booking, there is no soundproofing.

Horrible communication, almost unpossible when you need something. Horrible wifi generally and for two days no wifi, Noises from all around - hard to sleep calm, they didnt clean us 7 days - we didnt have toilet paper and shampoons last two days.

Good stay with only a few small inconveniences

Good appartment, cooking option, separate small bedroom, spacious enough for 3 people (2 person bed + pull out couch for 2 persons in living room). Great location but that is only because its 15 minute walk from where we needed to be. Might be a very bad location for someone else. Metro is a 5-10 minute walk and then brings you all the way to northern paris.

Living room table was almost broken, controller for the window screens fell off the wall, disabling one window screen. Staff didnt answer the chat for over a week and only answered because i called 3 days before our visit. We had to send pictures of my passport but we didnt know that because they didnt answer the chat. It was a small inconvenience but it was taken care of once i called and instructions were sent in time after my call.

Comfortable and great location!

It was great value for our money. The facilities were clean and everything was as presented. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to solve our problem. Well stocked with toilet paper.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get into one of the apartments we rented but they were quick to fix that. The security gate kept getting stuck and it wouldn't close. We found it open in the morning every time. Also didn't like that there wasn't any toiletries. No pan for cooking breakfast.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Our stay was for 2 nights. The beds and sofas were filled with bed bugs me and my friend were bit for the whole night and we couldn’t sleep for both of of the nights as the first night we were bit and second night we had the fear of being bit and carrying them with us to the UK. The whole two days our body were irritated and itchy and it left marks all over our body and the marks are all still here. We contacted the property with pictures of the bugs, marks and whatever we had as proof and they asked for more proof and we sent them more proof but they didn’t reply to us anymore which is unacceptable. the communication was really bad they don’t answer customer and BOOKING.com We want refund, I am not gonna pay for being bit bugs I don’t recommend to book here DONT BOOK HERE PLEASE it was the worst night of my life! dont book here

We really liked the property and our stay! Just some very minor remarks: - every time the front door of the building closes, our door made a big noise, which startles you especially in the evening :) - lid of the trashcan was broken, just minor inconvenience - the towels were clean, but some had stains that probably wouldn't come out. This gives a bit of an unsavory feeling. Maybe either wash with javel or replace.

Code lock system is easy to use.Wifi was very good. Clean apartment. Good instructions for handeling apartment given at the begining. A lot of light and space. Nespresso machine and washing machine.

Not so good explanation od apartment position, maybe include photo of gate at the entrance. Toaster and trash can do not work properly. There was not a dish drainer.

The apartment was very clean and modern, close to a metro and a bus station, as well as groceries store and restaurants. It is small but practical and it had almost everything we needed for a short stay.

Maybe a few chairs and a small collapsible table to eat on it and a few more towels would be great.
