The place the design
You to have table to eating dinner or breakfast. Tha plate is oil dirty the floor hair and the bed the light is no work the TV so no work no organization

Bad, extremely bad.
I Appartement 4, 11 & 13 all have issues, never go there. Appartement 4 has a bad & unsupportable ordour coming from the bathroom. Complained to the host and nothing was done. The Washing Machine is not working. The was electric plugs in the bedroom and kitchen arent working. Called the host and promised to fix it but was never fixed. And the bed was broken. No TV in the bedroom Appartement 11 & 13 has window blind issues, not working
The only good thing about the appartment is the area. A part from that its not worth the money

It was a horrible experience that I can't fully describe. We've lost trust in Booking.com completely
It was a terrible experience. This is a scam. We actually ended up not staying there, as the room was so bad upon arrival. We had to haul our luggage up the stairs to get into the place, just to discover a garbage dump of a room! There was recently cooked pasta in a pot on the stove. The hallway was filled with garbage that needed to be thrown away. The bed was unmade. There were discarded containers in the bathroom sink. A box of opened Tampax on the table in the living room. An opened gym bag with contents still inside. You'd never imagine a box of tampons left on the table of a normal hotel, right? But there they were... along with a person's personal ID card. Who would leave such an important piece of information!? The room was filthy! It would have taken us at least a full day to clean and wash everything, which isn't our job. It should be in a rentable state upon the guest's arrival. The photos on Booking.com portray the accommodation as a clean and modern, "luxury residence". This is false advertising. It's a lie. If it was clean, and prepared for guests, we could have accepted that, but there was nothing luxurious about it. It's not a very safe neighborhood in the first place. We were hoping, at least the room itself would be clean and secure, but alas it was not. We contacted the host and requested to cancel our reservation. We were told they would "look into it and get back to us as soon as possible," but we still have not received a reply or a refund. I contacted Booking.com customer service, but they told me that my request for a refund was rejected and that I would have to deal with the host directly. The host is completely unmotivated, completely abandoning site management obligations, and was of no help. We placed an international call and spoke to the host for a moment, then were promptly hung up on!
We are left helpless and at a financial loss, with nothing to show for it except for terrible memories. I was planning on staying there with my family, but to be honest, I was concerned that someone else could easily use the same code we received to get inside. We had a similar experience with a different accommodation in poor condition, listed on Airb●●. When we stated our case and sent proof, the company quickly intervened and processed the refund. We expected the same from Booking.com, but no.. There was nothing good about this accommodation. It was completely uninhabitable. Since we have not received a refund or a response, we have no choice but to warn others visiting Booking.com. We will follow this accommodation until it is shut down, and removed from the website. Booking.com should not allow such poorly-maintained and dishonest 'accommodations' to be listed. For Booking.com to keep this accommodation listed on it's website, it's just going to lead to an unsafe situation for people in the future. Booking.com, are you going to take responsibility!? We will continue to investigate whether legal measures can be taken from our home country. Since we live outside of Europe, our ODR options are limited, but perhaps a European resident might choose to pursue legal action. Everyone, please make your decision wisely. This accommodation should be avoided at all costs!! It is not clean, sanitary, nor safe. And the host is dishonest and is cheating people out of their hard-earned money. A crook!! You should be ashamed of yourself.

There was no place to hang clothes. The owner of the property was informed and refused to bring a temporary solution. This place should not be advertised as a luxury apartment that is ready for rent.

Appalling experience prepare for hours to get hold of someone without expecting any solution. They are simply unprofessional
Not able to access to the booked flat ending up in one with filthy state: broken toilet seat, tv detached and not working. Bin without lid, blinds broken and near the early morning lights…

No luxury.
The house is really clean and its in a good spot.
There is no internet, not working tv, nobody will answer to you about your problems, they ask us to sent pictures with us holding ID and credit card to confirm the booking, there is no soundproofing.
