This apartment left the most unpleasant impressions

near the metro station and to the center of Paris

What you see in the photo does not correspond to reality. The apartment is very old, the walls are dirty, the paint is peeling at the corners. but the worst thing: - mold in the bathroom - ants in the kitchen and bathroom - the worst thing is the neighbors upstairs. They screamed, fought, vacuumed, moved furniture every night! We were there for 6 nights - there are no sockets in the shower, you need to dry your hair with a hairdryer in the kitchen or in the room - on the day of departure, the landlady did not come to pick up the keys from us at the appointed time, although we agreed in advance, and did not answer the phone. We risked missing the plane. Paris is beautiful, this apartment is the only thing that spoiled the impression

Lovely, comfortable little flat with everything you need to make yourself at home. I would especially like to recognise the patience and showing understanding of the owner and manager who made our stay in Paris seamless. We were running late and everything that could go wrong did go wrong, but the owners and especially the manager of the place were supportive and helpful. The neighbourhood has the necessary shops, pharmacies. The metro station is nearby, making easy access to the city centre.

oh, writing this feedbacks almost crying, but this tears of happiness and satisfaction🫶❤️I think the owner and manager of the flat are nicest people in France. Location was close to Metro, right in the corner cool supermarket, actually lots of bars and restaurants all around. place is safe and quiet, especially after so much noise in the centre. well equipped apartment, clean with everything you need. after long walks I was glad to dive into soft bed or to chill on sofa. I have only one regret: I’ve should book this flat for longer time. merci beacoup Madam Coco et Monseigneur Xavier! was lovely to meet you and spent time at Ivry-sur-Seine .❤️🇰🇬 Hugs from Kyrgyzstan

You have the entire apartment to stay in like a home with your own kitchen and shower room but don’t expect much. Located fairly close to the metro, around 10-minute walk.

The owner was by far the most difficult person to ever transact with- be mindful when you do the booking to check his other required payments like cleaning fee €35 and a deposit fee €300 to be made separately. You may think that you’d save money booking this property, but go through the policies carefully. The deposit fee will be refunded, sure, but take into consideration the conversion rate. When the refund was made, I did not get the same amount I have paid because of this and even have to remind the owner for a refund. No consideration was even given, not the slightest when it came to our check-in time. He was very strict with us that check in time is only 15:00 to 16:00. First time to have encountered a check-in time of only 1hour. (again, read his terms) We arrived at orly airport 14:55 and he said he would wait only until 4pm. Even asked if we could rebook out flight just to be there in his set time. No hospitality at all. At one point we ran out of hot water. Just make sure you don’t empty the tank as it will take hours. In my case I had to wait until the morning to shower because the water is really cold. The kitchen have a lot of things lacking like you are not really supposed to cook much.. probably just boil water or eggs. That’s it. No chopping board, minimal cutleries. Property looks old and not modern. Sofa bed was too uncomfortable for our backs and we did not sleep well. I would have appreciated our stay in Paris if my family and I have just stayed somewhere else. I hope the owner gets better in this business in being more caring, accommodating and considerate with customers. I feel like he is only after making money, nothing else. Very regretful of this booking and as for other travellers, think it through when looking at this property. I might have as well booked near the center. Pricier but worth the money.

La caution de 300 EUR n'a pas encore été remboursée alors qu'aucun préjudice n'a été constaté pourrais recevoir ce remboursement car le délai a été largement dépassé merci

Wir hatten mehr erwartet.

Netter Kontakt, schnelle Antwort, schnelle Rückerstattung der Kaution, Fernsehgerät mit Netflix-Anwendung. Fenster können mit Fensterläden verdunkelt werden. Ruhige Wohnung im Hinterhaus. Lage recht nah an der Metro (ca. 600m) ins Zentrum. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt). Parken in der Straße für 4 Euro/24 Stunden möglich.

Pardon, aber „modern“ ist anders. Überschrift und Fotos suggerierten bei uns falsche Erwartungen. Schimmelflecken an Wänden, Stockflecken im Bad. Definitiv keine Wohnung für Allergiker/Asthmatiker. Küchenausstattung teilweise dürftig (z.B. keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Brotmesser, Geschirr nicht ausreichend). Wenig Haken zum Aufhängen. Einrichtung zum Teil defekt (eine Lampe im Wohnzimmer, Heizung im Flur). Sofa nicht sehr frisch. An einem Tag fiel Warmwasser aus. Der Gastgeber war bemüht, unser Problem wurde jedoch nicht so zeitnah gelöst, dass wir noch viel davon hatten. Kaution von 300 Euro recht hoch. Keine Sicherheiten, nur per Überweisung zahlbar. Trotz des hohen Preisniveaus in und um Paris war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis m.E. dafür nicht gut.
