Vynikající ubytování. Lokalita blízko uzlové stanice metra, snadno dostupné, metrem je možné se dostat po pár minutách jízdy bez přestupu do centra Paříže. Jednoduchý příjezd z letiště Orly metrem. Moderní apartmán v moderním domě s terasou, 2. patro, výtah. Velmi pohodlné ubytování, v apartmánu 2 koupelny, 2 kuchyňské kouty s potřebným nádobím, rychlovarnou konvicí, vařičem a mikrovlnnou troubou, lednicí, vše velice čisté, nové. Velmi příjemní mladí majitelé s perfektní znalostí angličtiny, vždy na příjmu. Our description of the accomodation in English: The apartment is localized quite closed to metro station easily to reach. The metro takes us into the centre of Paris within few minutes without any change. Also very well reached via metro from Orly Airport. The modern apartment with a terrace is situated at the 2nd floor of a modern block of flats with the lift. The accomodation is very comfortable with 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchen corners with dishes, fridge. Everything new. The owners are young very nice couple with an excellent knowledge of English.

Seul"mini" bémol ...on partage le wc avec l'autre chambre ,mais en réalité ça n'a pas vraiment été un problème 🙂

Muy bien comunicado y cómodo

El propietario fue muy amable con nosotras. El apartamento estaba muy bien comunicado, paradas de metro próximas y supermercados. La zona muy tranquila. Es un apartamento muy pequeño pero tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Hubiera sido excepcional de no ser por el tema del aseo compartido. En la publicación pone que el baño es privado, pero en las especificaciones ponía aseo compartido, no me fijé en esa parte y tuvimos que compartirlo con una habitación al lado. En las fotos también te da a entender que tienes acceso a una estancia con cama, pero esa parte estaba alquilada a otra pareja.

EXCELLENT APPARTEMENT DANS UN MAGNIFIQUE IMMEUBLE AVEC DES BALCONS CONFORTABLES ET À PROXIMITÉ DU MÉ

L'emplacement de l'appartement est excellent et sans trop de bruit, tandis que le métro est très proche. L'appartement est confortable pour 3 ou 4 personnes et offre tout le confort. Les propriétaires étaient également excellents ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment !!

Je préférerais avoir une télévision pour les heures où vous n'êtes pas dans les rues du magnifique Paris.

W Paryżu bywaliśmy wielokrotnie. Jeśli chodzi o mieszanie był to nasz najlepszy pobyt

Spędziliśmy wspaniałe cztery dni w apartamencie Denfert Rochereau i z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić to miejsce każdemu, a szczególnie grupie przyjaciół podróżujących razem. Lokalizacja jest idealna – spokojna i cicha dzielnica, a jednocześnie niedaleko od stacji metra oraz sklepu spożywczego Carrefour. To sprawiło, że zwiedzanie miasta było niezwykle wygodne. Apartament w rzeczywistości składa się z dwóch połączonych ze sobą pokoi, co zapewnia dużą prywatność. Każdy pokój posiada niezależną łazienkę z prysznicem i umywalką oraz niewielką, ale funkcjonalną kuchenką, w której można przygotować proste posiłki. Oba jasne pokoje połączone są szerokim balkonem. Należy koniecznie podkreślić ponadstandardową czystość panującą w apartamencie. Wszystkie sprzęty były nowe i w pełni sprawne. Ogromnym plusem jest również kontakt z właścicielką Yushi. Przekazanie kluczy odbyło się osobiście i bezproblemowo, nawet pomimo naszego niewielkiego spóźnienia. Dodatkowo, absolutnie sprawna komunikacja w języku angielskim znacząco ułatwiła nasz pobyt, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę to, że w Paryżu nie zawsze jest to standardem. Podsumowując, Denfert Rochereau Apartment to doskonały wybór na pobyt w Paryżu. Komfort, czystość, świetna lokalizacja i bezproblemowa komunikacja sprawiły, że nasz wyjazd był niezwykle udany. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Me encantó

Me encantó el piso, muy cómodo muy lindo y con muchos pequeños detalles que hicieron que la estadía sea mejor. Lo recomiendo 100% Ademas que la ubicación es lejos del centro pero tiene un metro (línea 6) que conecta todo lo cual es muy muy cómodo.

Pratique et fonctionnel.

C’était le lieu idéal pour mon séjour puisque j’étais en formation professionnelle dans le quartier. Tout était à proximité (commerces, restos...), j’ai pratique pu tout faire à pied. Le studio est très fonctionnel, et le balcon c’est vraiment agréable quand il fait une belle journée: c’est bien orienté.

La ubicación, es muy tranquila,está muy cerca de las estaciones de tren y autobús, es muy central y es fácil ir a todos los sitios desde allí, muy limpio todo y es perfecto para ir en pareja

Un mini-studio complet avec une grande attention aux détails. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Parking gratuit en face pour les véhicules électriques jusqu'à 2 000 kilos (comme dans la plupart des quartiers de Paris) et souvent de la place. Bâtiment bien sécurisé. Jeunes hôtes sympathiques.
