Paris over Christmas

The self contained apartment was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and quiet with shops nearby. It was also in a great location for the Metro and the RER B to the airport. I would stay here again.

I wasn't able to find any directions for the washing machine and it was a little difficult to work out the correct cycle.

Quite a disappointing experience

Property had all the listed features. I enjoyed the location: not center, but 30-40 minutes walk gets you to Louvre. The subway is quite near as well. Many bakeries nearby.

The apartment was heavily sprayed with aerosol. We had to open all windows for 4 hours, and it still stinked. Shower did not look clean enough to get into it without flip-flops. The whole apartment looks noticeably worn out. Not as nice as in the pictures.

The property had room for our large family, an option for parking, all amenities we needed for the trip and the property manager was very friendly and helpful. Areas to eat nearby and a short drive to the center of the city.

Wished I stayed somewhere else

The property was not clean. On our first morning, there was no water so we couldn't shower, wash up nor able to use the bathroom. The kitchen and utensils were not clean. the cups, plates, utensils, kitchen spoons and stuff were dirty and looked like they weren't even washed. We had to wash them very well before using. the cups had cracks and were broken.. The bathroom was kind of smelly. The fan in the room was not working but they gave us a replacement fan the next day (but I had to carry it from the lobby). There are no AC's and it was hot and humid during our stay.

Nice place to stay

The place is amazing for family.. the host was very nice.. they even provided a luggage storage during our check-out date while waiting for our flight. Its also very quite area. Great for family. Near train station

Lovely spacious apartment with nice decor, especially the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The balcony/terrace is a bonus in hot weather. The concierge was very approachable. Excellent location not far from Denfert Rochereau (metro and RER to Charles de Gaulle airport) and St Jacques. The area felt safe. Supermarkets very close by. Good WiFi.

At the moment there's a lot of building work going on close by which starts very early in the morning so it's noisy. You can also hear the metro trains all day and most of the night. Not so bad when the windows are shut but in hot weather it's a bit inconvenient. Proper Aircon would be good as the portable fans are noisy.

A Paris Jem, which we are very happy we found.

We were very happy with the location. Very close to a Metro as well as a Grocery Store. Beds were very comfortable. The accommodation was functional. We were particularly impressed with the caretakers, Maria Machado and Mrs Martinez. They were super helpful. The communication from the caretakers, before our arrival, was excellent!

Nice apartment in Nice area

Great sized bright apartment with all the amenities you need for a short break. Beds were comfortable. Terrace would be lovely in summer. Supermarkets and restaurants and bars in walking distance, and close to several metro stations

We only had 3 issues: 1 toilet light didn't work 2 the shower cabinet is very small and its quite a step up and down. My daughter slipped when getting in and gave herself a really nasty bruise 3 we couldn't get the WiFi or TV to work

It was excellent stay, nice and clean apartment with everything you need.

Apartment was little bit cold. There is only one heater which is not enough to heat up the apartment. During spring and the summer probably it is not a problem but in rainy and windy days of November would be nice to have better way of heating.

Recommended place for those who want to spend a vacation in Paris in a residential apartment

The apartment is large and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The double bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The landlord's representative is very nice and available at all times for any problem. The apartment is in good condition. There are plenty of towels and linen as needed. Everything you need in the apartment is there.

The bed in the nursery is less comfortable. The internet works, but is very weak and gets stuck once every few minutes. The apartment is close to the train station so you can hear the train at all hours of the day when the apartment windows are open. There is no air conditioning so when it is hot the windows should be left open even at night.

Apartament is located close to metro stations. Very comfortable beds in bedrooms. Sofa in the living room is comfortable enough to sleep couple of nights. Clean rooms and bathroom. Friendly and helpfull housekeeper. Good value for money.

Furniture in the kitchen and wardrobe in the hall need some renovation and updating.

Great deal for a place with 4 beds

Great location. Easy walk to the Denfert-Rochereau Metro station, and many restaurants/cafes are nearby. The balcony provides a great place to have coffee in the early morning, or relaxing after a long day of sight-seeing.

We couldn't get the fan to work in the main bedroom. No worries for us though, since the nights were cool when we were. there.

Beautiful and comfortable appartment

The appartment is beautiful, it loks better than in the picture, this was a wonderful surprise. Coffee pods, washing liquid, soap, shampoo and good towels were provided. The balcony is great, therooms comfortable, the area good, the metro close, we loved the place. We had air conditioning in thr living room and a nice fan in the double bedroom.

The lady who met us, Mrs Machado spoke no English, which was not a big problem as I can speak a bit of French. The problem was she came into our car to show us where to park and then got into the lift with us, without a mask or any regard for social distancing. We did not feel respected or protected. The lady we met at the end of our stay, Mrs Gonzalez I think, wore a mask and all was well with her. A fan in the twin bedroom is needed as well.
