L'accueil du propriétaire, ses conseils sur les transports en commun, commerce à proximité etc... Le logement tout équipé, fonctionnel, espace largement suffisant pour un couple et un enfant sur un long weekend. Quartier agréable, bien desservi.
Malgré un bonne isolation, un peu bruyant la nuit si on dort au RDC, Paris ne dort jamais donc la circulation est présente. Juste un problème technique vite pris en charge par le propriétaire.

Close to the supermarket, bus and metro station, very kind host!
The bedroom and bathroom are not on the groundfloor but under the ground, without any window. Very noisy cause the main door opens to the street directly. (Like a shop entrance)
