Studio boisé à 2 pas du jardin du Luxembourg

Great location near the metro and Jardin de Luxembourg. We used the restaurants and boulangeries nearby. The apartment was clean and well equipped with towels, some toiletries, kitchen equipment, kettle, coffee maker (didn't use), TV, WiFi, fridge. Overall it was good value as a base in Paris for four people. Good communication from the owners.

On arrival the key is accessed via a key box behind a hidden panel. We were provided with the wrong code and had to phone someone for the correct one ,which was stressful after our journey. To be clear, this is a one bedroom bedsit that appears to be converted from a shop. The apartment was very warm and would benefit from air conditioning. Although two fans were provided. There was one small window above the door that could be opened slightly but other than that there are no windows that can be opened and sometimes we had the door open to let some fresh air in. We stayed as a family of four with two teenage boys who were agile enough to access the mezzanine bed up the ladder but others may struggle. Also no wardrobe for clothes.

Draps avec des cheveux à l’étage, wifi qui ne fonctionne pas, j’ai demandé à ce que quelqu’un passe et cela a été fait 2 jours plus tard, le wifi n’a jamais fonctionné mais bon on avait la 5g

Mi è piaciuto la pulizia e l’organizzazione degli spazi

La struttura è in una posizione strategica ben servita dai mezzi e a due passi dal centro.

La struttura è molto piccola ma comunque confortevole e dotata di tutto. Il bagno è davvero minuscolo e il lavabo è in comunione con la cucina. I letti erano comodi ma essendo in 4 abbiamo dovuto preparare il divano letto e non c’erano lenzuola adatte. Ci andrebbe qualche accortezza in più per la pulizia.
