About this apartment rental
My accommodation is close to public transport (Metro, RER line and direct bus line to airports), it is located in a very quiet square with digital code and security guard at the entrance. Close to the Luxembourg Gardens and the Montparnasse district. You will appreciate my accommodation for its comfort. With a broadband internet connection, an LCD TV, a king size bed, coffee machine ... My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers ..

I loved this apartment. It was comfy and clean with light through the windows on a quiet courtyard. The host was responsive and kind. The neighborhood was convenient to the train and a short walk to the Luxembourg Garden. The bistros nearby were reasonably priced and very friendly. My only comment was that the spoons and forks were so well hidden we didn’t find them for days until we reread the instructions and got a clue where they were hiding! I highly recommend this host and their lovely place!

Very nice apartment in a great location for walking, buses and metro. Nice little kitchen with microwave and oven. Also there is a washer/dryer unit in the kitchen. I love the stay there but some issues we had was the shower will not drain as fast as needed and water will over flow into the floor. Needs drain cleaning ( which I did) and a reduced water output shower head. Another problem was the small refrigerator was iced over so much the door was an inch from closing ( also had to chip the ice back enough to close). And there is a old flat screen TV - but not a smart TV. So it was useless unless you bring dvd’s (no cable). I still loved the place because it was mostly quite at night and the location is the best for the price.
A lot of personal clutter - things just need more attention to get a 5 star. Visit was April 3rd to April 12th, 2024.

Stayed here with a buddy of mine this past weekend. Samuel was very nice and communicative and the apartment was even better in person! In a great location close to the Port Royal Metro. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quaint apartment in Paris!
