About this apartment rental

My accommodation is close to public transport (Metro, RER line and direct bus line to airports), it is located in a very quiet square with digital code and security guard at the entrance. Close to the Luxembourg Gardens and the Montparnasse district. You will appreciate my accommodation for its comfort. With a broadband internet connection, an LCD TV, a king size bed, coffee machine ... My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers ..

I loved this apartment. It was comfy and clean with light through the windows on a quiet courtyard. The host was responsive and kind. The neighborhood was convenient to the train and a short walk to the Luxembourg Garden. The bistros nearby were reasonably priced and very friendly. My only comment was that the spoons and forks were so well hidden we didn’t find them for days until we reread the instructions and got a clue where they were hiding! I highly recommend this host and their lovely place!

Very nice apartment in a great location for walking, buses and metro. Nice little kitchen with microwave and oven. Also there is a washer/dryer unit in the kitchen. I love the stay there but some issues we had was the shower will not drain as fast as needed and water will over flow into the floor. Needs drain cleaning ( which I did) and a reduced water output shower head. Another problem was the small refrigerator was iced over so much the door was an inch from closing ( also had to chip the ice back enough to close). And there is a old flat screen TV - but not a smart TV. So it was useless unless you bring dvd’s (no cable). I still loved the place because it was mostly quite at night and the location is the best for the price. A lot of personal clutter - things just need more attention to get a 5 star. Visit was April 3rd to April 12th, 2024.

Stayed here with a buddy of mine this past weekend. Samuel was very nice and communicative and the apartment was even better in person! In a great location close to the Port Royal Metro. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quaint apartment in Paris!

We absolutely LOVED this apartment. It was located in an very nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and well equipped with the things we needed. The host was thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely use this apartment again. I would give it ten stars for the value alone.

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. It is close to numerous amenities (farmer’s market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; RER B and two other metro lines; the Latin Quarter, Luxembourg Gardens; Montparnasse), and at the same time is very quiet. Highly recommended.

I stayed here alone for 6 weeks, from late September to early November. It was perfect. I was working remotely so the stable, good wifi was critical. Comfortable apartment with a nice balcony view and convenient washer/dryer. Safe neighborhood and security code to enter the building. Walking distance to groceries, shops, restaurants, parks, and public transport. Elevator to this second floor apartment. Owner Samuel was very responsive and friendly when I had a couple of minor issues. The pictures really don't do it justice. I highly recommend this for a comfy place to stay that won't break the bank

Amazing value for money

As another guest commented, the photos don't do the apartment justice. We appreciate both the many charming features, including a skeleton key to the front door, and the practical modern updates. The in-unit washer and dryer was particularly useful. We stayed the month of June and rarely heard English spoken in the neighborhood. It's in walking distance of the Luxembourg Gardens, the Latin Quarter and Rue Mouffetard with lovely squares at the top and bottom of this fun pedestrian street. Samuel was an attentive host and I would recommend his apartment for a long stay in Paris.

Beautiful charming Parisian style apartment. I was surprised because the pictures don’t do it justice. Wonderful building with security code entrance, elevator on building and floor to ceiling window doors that open up to a terrace. Good location with proximity to the Luxembourg gardens. Not super central but you are close to the Latin Quarter which has great restaurants and night life. Sam was also great with communicating and addressing any needs. All in all, would highly recommend!
