Great location for sightseeing in beautiful Lille.

Great location near to the old part of the city and walkable distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Yet also located in a very quiet street which was great. We walked from the Eurostar terminal which was less than a mile. The weather was freezing (below 0) when we visited, but the apartment was warm and there was a good shower. The apartment was a good size for two people to stay for a few days. Coffee pods and teabags were provided which was nice. There is a small courtyard with table and chairs outside the apartment, shared with the other apartments, which I imagine would be lovely in summer.

The bathroom needs shelves, otherwise there is nowhere to put your things other than the floor. And hooks to hang your clothes/towel. Similarly in the bedroom there is nowhere to put anything other than the floor. A doormat by the front door would be helpful and a dustpan and brush.

Compact but a well equipped space with two rooms and kitchen area in the living room. It was spotlessly clean and a moderate but manageable walk to all the interesting town attractions. The administrators bent over backwards to help when I thought I had left a coat behind.

The stairs are quite steep and narrow to get to the second floor - not good if you have knee problems!

Fab central place to stay, we will definitely return.

This was a great little property, perfect for the Braderie, as it was in the old town and close to the park where the majority of antique stalls were. I came with a friend and she slept on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. We appreciated the coffee capsules and the ability to arrive early and leave a little later. In fact we were very grateful for that. Communication was easy and we hope to return the same time next year.

It was a little noisy at night but everywhere in Lille would have been as the weekend was just one big party for locals and tourists. I still slept!

There is a slight leakage from the bathroom - it’s not a problem, but if fixed, it will be perfect! The stairs are narrow and if you have luggage it may be a problem. For us, this was not an issue at all

Location great for old town, lots of nearby restaurants, shops, boulangers. Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable with good quality kitchen and bathroom and nice decor. Good communication and recommendations from host, and easy access with keycode/lock box.

Building and apartments lovely but look out over a bit of waste ground, so ‘garden view’ is a bit of a stretch. However this was a minor point, the apartment was a great find, would recommend and book again.

la communication avec la propriétaire, la situation géographique, serviettes de toilette en belle quantité et qualité, la cour, la décoration, le calme, le superbe état des appartements, tout le nécessaire dans les meubles de cuisine (huile, vinaigre, sel, sucre, café, thé etc...)!

L'absence de stores à plusieurs fenêtres pour faire l'obscurité dans les pièces. une quantité de papier toilette très insuffisante.

Bel appartement bien situé , vraiment au calme, très agréable à vivre 5 mn de la rue Esquermoise . Merci d'ailleurs pour les adresses: la boulangerie était TOP !

De locatie is perfect om Lille centrum te bezoeken. Aan de rand van het centrum, goede parkeergelegenheid op 100 meter.

De ruimte is beperkt, maar dat is ook omdat alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn: 2 persoonsbed, toilet douche en een klein keukentje . Men zou er goed aan doen om verlichting aan te brengen bij dd voordeur (chalet 1), want het afstapje is zeer verraderlijk in het donker.

Die Lage ist perfekt um Lille zu erkunden

Leider dreckig gewesen, es gibt keinerlei Ablageflächen, auch nicht im Bad, man muss alles auf den dreckigen Boden stellen/legen, Ausstattung Küche sehr schlecht, Küchentresen schlecht platziert (man kann weder vernünftig kochen noch essen), das Bad stinkt immer wieder nach Kanalisation, Bett quitscht und sehr weiche Matratze, kalt und laut (Tür im Hinterhof wird von mehreren genutzt)

Très bon souvenir de ce séjour au global !

Le logement est meublé avec goût et dans un endroit très calme tout en étant à deux pas du vieux Lille. La literie est hyper confortable. Hélène était très réactive et serviable.

Les tables de nuit étaient poussiéreuses et il était compliqué de prendre une douche sans inonder entièrement la salle d’eau (il semblerait que le montage de la porte de douche soit défectueux).

Séjour incroyable. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit mes sœurs et moi. L'emplacement n'est pas loin du centre et de la gare. L'appartement est super propre, bien décoré et super bien équipé. Le contact avec Hélène est super efficace et tout est bien expliqué. Nous reviendrons et nous pouvons que vous le conseiller !
