“Does not match the photos”

The apartment was very poor and did not match the photos. It was cold, with a drafty window, problems with the TV, no toilet paper, and a broken door handle in the bedroom. Communication with the staff was very poor. The price was completely inadequate for the standard. We do not recommend it — a waste of money and nerves. The only plus is the good location in the city center and close to the airport.

The apartment is located in an area full of prostitutes. The keys to the apartment are located elsewhere and there is nothing written on the mailbox. The house smells and there is water dripping in the bedroom.

Impossible to sleep: light and noise everywhere

Cleaning was OK and the owners were helpful, although only via Booking messages.

We had a really bad experience. It simply was impossible to sleep. There is only door for one room (where child slept). The main room do not have a door, nor the living room or the kitchen. So, all the lights from outside go directly into the main room. Then, you can hear every single noise from the streets. But the real problem is inside the house. The bed was making a lot of noise with every single millimeter that you move and the door on the room where child slept even worse. Then, they make a huge emphasis in guests cleaning dishes. But when owners do not want to even wash the dishes of their apartment it can happen what happened us: almost every single dish and glass was dirty...

Great on night stay

Great place for one night. Apartment is spacious, clean and modern. Beds are comfy. Host is extremely responsive and pleasant. Self check in was easy. Many people were unhappy for apartment location, but for us it was ok. Easy acces from to train station and bus A1 (it is in front for train station) to airport. Also in front of apartment there is 24/7 small supermarket

Pity that there was no coffee or tea (only plenty of sugar) as it is nice to have for one night stay. Also you should be not noisy as there are many warning about it (we didn't got any problems)

Budna, lazienka nieposprzątana, śmieci na stole, Pościel po poprzednich gościach niezmieniona. Naczynia ( szklanki ) nieumyte Mimo kilku próśb przez booking nikt nie zareagował. Całkowicie nas zlekceważył. Trzymajcie sie z daleka od tego człowieka

Bene dentro, male fuori

Il problema non è l’alloggio in sé, bensì la città e il contesto in cui si trova. A Charleroi la percezione di sicurezza, soprattutto la sera e nelle aree vicine alla stazione, non è delle migliori: la zona è poco illuminata e c’è spesso presenza di persone losche, con una sensazione generale di pericolosità. Il palazzo è molto rumoroso: i passi si sentono ovunque, come se le pareti fossero sottilissime. Detto questo, lo consiglio solo a chi ha un volo la mattina presto e cerca una sistemazione rapida per passare la notte senza uscire dalla stanza. Ho apprezzato i messaggi dell’host con suggerimenti utili. Unico appunto: sarebbe meglio mettere le chiavi vicino al portone; non è comodo doverle ritirare altrove quando l’ingresso è a circa 100 metri.

Cu putine ajustari, pot spune ca as mai sta in aceasta locatie. E extrem de aproape si de aeroportul Charleroi.

Locatia e extrem de spatioasa. Aproape de gara si de centru. Au dat drumul la caldura, perfect pentru un somn linistit intr-o noapte racoroasa. Paturi foarte comode. Restaurante bune in zona

Geamurile nu izolau suficient de bine zgomotul. Cafeaua lipsea, din pacate. La baie nu era sapun. Cheia a fost destul de greu de gasit. Pe locker-ul destinat locatiei nu existau datele furnizate de catre proprietar. Exista 3 telecomenzi si niciuna nu merge😂 nu stiu daca sunt de vina bateriile sau chiar nu functioneaza decat butonul on-off.

Poco recomendable si vas con niños o jóvenes

El piso estaba bien porque dentro y amplio. Baño limpio.

A la cocina le faltaba bastante limpieza, nevera sucia en el interior, cubiertos y sartenes sucios. Éramos 5 y dejaron solo 3 toallas, las otras estaban en la secadora con otra ropa de cama sin doblar. El barrio de noche da miedo, no recomiendo para ir con adolescentes o niños, pasamos miedo después de llegar de cenar.

Calida precio correcta

El anfitrion es muy amable. Esta muy cerca de la estacion de tren.

El ascensor es pequeño, al ir con la silla del niño teniamos que hacer un par de viajes para subir y bajar. No soy una persona exigente con almohadas y colchones, pero en este caso, las almohadas eran cojines cuadrados, creo que deberian de mejorar este aspecto.

Cercano a Charleroi Central, barrio a evitar

Fiel a lo reflejado en las imágenes y descripción. Muy cerca (7 minutos andando) de la estación de trenes Charleroi Central que es también donde se coge el autobús al aeropuerto, por lo que es buena opción si llegas tarde o sales pronto de ese aeropuerto. Lo mejor, la excelente comunicación con el propietario.

La ubicación, excelente en cuanto a cercanía a Charleroi Central pero pésima en cuanto al barrio en el que se encuentra (al llegar nosotros, justo empezó una redada policial por drogas). Imprescindible evitar las calles a las que se accede por el Pont Roi Baudoin, quizás algo mejor por el Pont de la Resistance. Aún así, salimos a las 5 de la madrugada a coger el bus al aeropuerto y estaba lleno de prostitución, por lo que no es agradable ir con niños.

L'emplacement proche de la gare et de l'arrêt des navettes pour l'aéroport. L'appartement est spacieux et les lits sont confortables.

Il y avait une casserole au sol pour récupérer l'eau d'un radiateur qui fuyait. Le lit bébé était cassé ainsi qu'une poignée de porte. Le tiroir à couverts était sale. Pas de volets dans le salon avec une immense baie vitrée. Pas de crochets pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Beaucoup de moustiques et pas de moustiquaires. Le quartier n'est vraiment pas agréable mais on s'y attend lorsqu'on loue près d'une gare. Le propriétaire n'est plus joignable après 22h. Le rapport qualité-prix laisse vraiment à désirer.

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA EN ZONA PELIGROSA

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia. Por inconvenientes del vuelo, llegamos al lugar indicado para buscar la llave a las 21:30hs, luego de atravesar una ZONA PELIGROSA CON SITUACIONES MUY VIOLENTAS. Buscamos por todos lados en la dirección exacta que se nos indicó y en los alrededores, y nunca encontramos el locker donde debíamos retirar las llaves. Cuando quisimos contactarnos con el anfitrión, encontramos un mensaje dónde decía que no respondería mensajes luego de las 22hs, sabiendo que veníamos demorados por problemas fuera de nuestro alcance. Por tal motivo quedamos MI FAMILIA Y YO COMPLETAMENTE DESPROTEGIDOS EN UNA ZONA HORRIBLE donde, al intentar solicitar ayuda, una única persona tuvo la buena voluntad de ayudarnos. Al final tuvimos que pagar otro alojamiento mucho más caro. Como si esto fuera poco, al pedir un reembolso obtuvimos una negativa con excusas que nos culpabilizaban.

Appartamento molto ampio e pulito, arredamento minimal ma nel complesso molto gradevole, fornito di tutto il necessario. In zona centrale, vicino alla stazione , per cui comodo ai mezzi, ben collegato con bus all'aeroporto di Charleroi (linea A1). La comunicazione con l'host ottima, pronta risposta e molto gentile!

Solo un piccolo consiglio a chi come noi arrivasse la sera... fare un po' di attenzione per strada, la gente che si incontra vicino alla stazione non è molto rassicurante... però a noi è andata bene!

De locatie was voor ons zeer goed; Wij kwamen met de trein en het station was dichtbij.

De verwarming draaide volle bak en kon niet worden afgezet. Buiten was het 28 graden. Het was een sauna. De vaatwas werkte ook niet .

Mooi onderhouden appartement voor de prijs die je ervoor betaald

-Locatie pal in centrum, vlak bij parking en eetgelegenheden... -Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar(s).

Een airco op de warme dagen had een plus punt geweest. Met alle ramen open was het er nog vrij warm.
