I stayed there because it was close to the airport,but I wouldn't choose the same location next time

the location was not clean enough, the sheets in the bedroom looked like they were not changed after the previous guests; the floor in the living room was dirty and the carpet was dirty as well.

Nice property but not for hot summer.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the airport and offers ample space. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the ground floor is overall great.

We did not like the noise from cars passing at high speed. There was no air conditioning, and during the summer, it became very hot inside the house, forcing us to keep the windows open. Our children, who slept on the first floor, were swarmed by mosquitoes and ended up with at least 20 bites each, despite our efforts to hunt them down, close the windows, and use anti-mosquito products. This property should have mosquito nets. Honestly, when we saw the bites in the morning, we thought they had been attacked by bed bugs or spiders, but upon checking the bedroom, we found mosquitoes on the walls. Additionally, there was no soap in the bathroom, which was a significant drawback since we had to go to the shop to buy some. The second-floor bedroom was unsuitable for our needs; it was incredibly hot there, and we struggled to get a good night's sleep.

WONDERFUL HOST and a wonderful stay!

This was my second time staying here. I simply love the convivence and it has a lot of space. Our host have always been ready to answer any questions. It is very close to the airport by CAR! We made the mistake last time and walked from the airport and the walk from the airport is not designed for pedestrians...Besides that, wonderful stay! We will definitely stay again.

We arrived at night each time. I do not know if it is the lighting at the front door was very dark. When we called for a taxi, several taxis said they do not pick up in that area. That seemed strange, it made it seem like they knew something about that area we did not know.

I don’t recommend this property

close to the airport, not so expensive (100 € 3 persons), nice living room, private parking.

I usually do not write reviews but this time I have taken my time to write one because of the dissatisfaction caused by this booking. Since we have arrived around 23.00 o clock it would have been complicated to go elsewhere for that night. The main problems with this property: cleanliness: stains on the bed and hairs on the sheets (Most likely the sheets have not been been changed... I covered the pillow with a T shirt...) the height of the main bedroom: less than 150 cm one the sides when you get out of the bed... So you will probably kick your head on the deck ifyou are not a really small person ... the very steep and dangerous steps from the bedroom to the lower floor where the the bathroom is... Going down from the bedroom requires being very careful which is a little bit more complicated at night. From my point of view, this property is to be avoided by regular or older people. But of course if you don't care about the cleaning, if you love to sleep in a tent where the height above the head is not a problem and if you enjoy climbing the mountains then you may like this property. I have asked the owner for a refund for this total unpleasant experience which he refused. So at least you know what to expect if you go there.

Perfect airport location for early morning flight

Perfect location close to the airport. Having free parking was great. Owner is very responsive and there was an easy check in.

We were traveling with 6 people, however, there were only 4 pillows in the apartment. Owner was notified and was apologetic.

Great place in a great location

Nice spacious accommodation in a great location, there was even a few Italian restaurants within walking distance. As close as you’ll get to the airport without actually sleeping in the airport, for anybody looking to book it to use the airport it’s about 25/30 minute walk. Good facilities as well and nice and clean. Also for other users if your travelling from Brussels you can get the direct airport bus (Flibco National) from Brussels MIDI station for £17, journey takes about 55 minutes subject to traffic, from the airport to the accommodation definitely 30 minutes.

Very close to CRL airport (only 3 min drive to parking). Well equipped spacious appartment. Clean. The owner is responding quickly.

One very small thing: We don’t speak french and all information and regulations are in the French language only.

Changed After 1 Night

Nearby restaurants & city center. Bathroom was clean.

Room does not match photos. Dirty entrance. Elevator doesn’t line up with floor; black mold in frig; dirty floor; mattress on bed has no pad & can feel metal coils. Cloth chair dirty. Weekends nearby street blocked to cars allowing people to stroll; later in evening brawl & screaming drunks will keep you awake.

Nice triplex close to Charleroi for younger travelers

The apartment is nicely renovated, very clean and have all facilities one can need. It is very well situated if you wish to take a plan from the Charleroi airport — it is exactly 4 min. by car to reach it ! Moreover, even staying so close we did not hear planes ! amazingly.

The only bathroom is on the 1st floor and there is only a bunk bed on the same floor. No problem for young travellers — there is a big double bed on the 2nd floor and a big sofa-bed on the ground floor ! However, I travelled with my senior parents, so going to the bathroom, especially at night, was quite a challenge for one of them.

l'emplacement proche de l'aéroport et place de parking privé

Les draps étaient sales et sentaient mauvais Les serviettes de bain étaient pratiquement toutes tachées. Salle de bain moisie, mauvaise ventilation . Assez bruyant la nuit , pas mal de passage de véhicules à allure rapide.

Hygiene dramatisch, achtergebleven drugs, stinkende geuren, zwarte schimmel in de toiletruimte. En als je via booking of via eigenaar zelf een refund of gedeelde refund wilt word er geen gehoor gegeven negeert eigenaar booking en krijg je €10 reistegoed als een soort excuus. Alleen boeken als je echt niet anders kan genoeg verblijven voor dezelfde prijs in de regio!!!!!! Ervaren booking gebruiker hier luister alstublieft!
