I’m not picky but I wouldn’t choose it once again.

The apartment was spacious

Hygiene was very poor, it was a lot of mould everywhere especially in the toilet. Things like doors, walls, curtains, bedsheets were in really poor condition. The apartment was messy, cutlery was dirty.

Not child friendly, but ok if you are desperate for accomadation

The owner is really good at communicating and very welcoming. Decent tv and some decor is decent ish for a night maybe

Well quite a lot. Its not suitable for children. If you have kids dont book this. The walls are mouldy. The stairs have no rail. My little one actually fell down the steps as they were slippery sticky on arrival. Lethal stairs and they are stone and rock solid with no hand rail. If a child fell from the top they would literally die from the impact Exposed wires around the house make it not suited so much to children. Handles falling off doors, the outside area isnt the best. The pillows we were given, not great completely worn out and couldnt sleep using them. Says toiletries provided but none were really given. The bed looks nothing like the photos at all.

Very dirty

The location and that when we arrived the house was warm

Very dirty. In the toilet there were hair in the washbasin.The shower was dirty. In the bedroom there were spider webs and spiders on the the light lamb and on the window just above the bed. The main bed looked like it was already used, as the linen were very wrinkled. In the second room all blankets had a weird smell. We had had to sleep 3 people in the double bed as the smell in the second room was unbearable. Also there were no curtains on most of the windows on the ground floor and it was very inconvenient, as we could be seen from outside and did not feel safe.

Will definitely stay again for early flights!

Well located as close to airport and excellent value for money

We booked due to location for an overnight stay as apartment was located close to airport. Downstairs was well presented and clean and upstairs minimally furnished but everything required. Beds were comfortable and all linen inc towels provided. Free parking space. Perfect for what we wanted.

Bathroom was a bit shabby and water drained slow from gully which was missing a grill meaning shower area quickly filled and lapped over into bathroom.

Pleasant

There was a window on the ceiling and when the sun sunrise is directly to your face. They have some automated perfume for the rooms, but the smell is too strong, and for me, it was unpleasant. I was asking for a taxi number, and I was redirected to some number that was from the big city, not the local one. The distance to the airport is more than 25 minutes walk, and this location is somehow situated in a zone that is not so populated.

Passable

I choose this accommodation thinking it will be easy to take a bus and then walk to the airport but it took me an hour to get there after getting off of the bus. The internet password never worked. Someone reviewed that it was the case with them too so If you need internet to find your way around the area this might affect your trip. The bathroom wasn't clean, I think they forgot to clean the place in between people staying. For value is an alright but not perfect.

Close to Charleroi airport, private, nice and clean place to stay

The apartment is very close to Charleroi airport. There is an excellent restaurant 5 minutes away in Heppignies which we loved. We arrived at the airport in the afternoon and wanted to rest before our trip the next day and for that it was perfect. The thoughtful host provided shampoo and shower gel. Everything is new and well-maintained. The internet works. Parking is right in front. All was good.

No complaints. Just a suggestion: My French was sufficient to understand the instructions. But for others having an English instruction might be helpful.

Perfect location, very close to the airport. Heating was on when we arrived, nice to arrive in a warm house.

the message from the owner how to get to the property was not very clear, we had troubles getting in. the Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Hygiène exécrable ,taches sur les draps de vomi…, une odeur de poisson également sur les draps La poignée cassé de la chambre superposé, une de mes amies a été enfermé (très dangereux) Le ménage n’a pas été fait lors de notre arrivée.

Στην εξώπορτα δεν έχει κάτι να καλύπτει το τζάμι και σε βλέπουν απ έξω . Σύνδεση στο ιντερνετ δεν υπήρχε και δεν μας βοήθησε να το φτιάξουμε . Στο μεγάλο δωμάτιο το παράθυρο της οροφής είναι ανοιχτό με μια σακούλα απλά με αποτέλεσμα να πέφτουν νερά από την βροχή στα πόδια μας

Parfait pour passer un petit séjour

- Le petit déjeuner est limité. Le côté sucré est très bien, mais le côté salé à commander sur place est très limité: omelette, 1 seule sorte de fromage tranché et 1 sorte de charcuterie. Si vous êtes amateur de sucré, vous trouverez votre bonheur. Je pense que dans la plupart des hôtels en Calbre, ils font pareil. C'est culturel que la plupart des gens mangent pratiquement que sucré le matin. - Il manque le plateau de bienvenue dans la chambre: café, thé... - mini-bar vide, juste de l'eau payante.

Le prix attractif, la modernité de l’endroit, et l’emplacement de notre location par apport à nos activités, le nombre de couchage et surtout l’amabilité des propriétaires toujours joignable !

Quand nous sommes arrivés la location était un peu sale, ainsi que les toilettes, nous ne pouvions pas passer le balai. Dommage que ça soit des lits superposés dans la chambre et non deux lits simples, la poignée de cette chambre est d’ailleurs cassés et nous reste dans les mains, tandis que la chambre parentale ne possède pas de porte je trouve ça dommage que ça ne soit pas mentionné, nous étions également un peu déçu de la salle de bain, la tringle tien faiblement au mur, elle n’est pas tellement pratique pour une famille, manque également de quoi fermer a clef et en dernier point on dirait qu’il était dommage d’avoir un machine à laver dans une chambre, mais surtout où on ne peut pas étendre le linge, ou un sèche linge ça aurait rajouter un plus.

Cogimos este año 2025 esta casa porque estuvimos en 2024 y nos fue muy bien, muy bien ubicada, limpia y buena zona.

Este año estaba sucia, los colchones no se podía dormir en ellos de sucios, blandos, de incarte los muelles. Los stores rotos, las paredes llenas de churretes, los nórdicos algunos eran sólo las fundas, hizo mucha calor y no había ni ventilador ni nada, las lámparas llenas de telarañas. Nos llevemos una disilusion porque el año pasado no estaba así. Lo único bien y diferente al año pasado que la puerta del cuarto de baño este año estaba bien y cerraba, y el año anterior estaba inchada, el pomo roto y no cerraba. (no puedo poner fotos porque no tengo, ya que se me perdieron, nosotros estuvimos del 11 al 16 de junio de 2025)

La TV n'est utilisable que pour Netflix et applications de jeux en telechargeant une application dédiée qui ne fonctionne que sur certains smartphone. Quand nous sommes arrivés il n'y avait pas de télécommande mais quelqu'un est venu en déposer une. Le goulot d'évacuation de la douche est bouché et l'eau déborde à chaque douche. Très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et pas de balai ni aspirateur. La personne dédiée au téléphone à cessé de me répondre à mon 3ème message de réclamation.
