Good value for the money, a small flat with everything you need.

The room was really big and fully equipped with everything one needs for 1 or more nights - kitchen wirh all appliances, plenty of space. The owner is not on site but she gave us clear instruction per message to get to the room without any problem. At the time of arrival it was cold inside but after we turned the heating on it was cosy soon. Stretched from one side of the house to the other - door to a small courtyard, little kitten sat on the window sill in the morning so we fed it - was lovely.

Room on the base floor stretched from one side of the house to the other - with the windows to the street where people were walking. Windows were blinded with a milky foil so they couldn’t see what’s inside but you can hear their talk and passing cars so if you have a light sleep as me you can have problem with that. At least it was not on a main street so it wasn’t very often. Bed was too soft but I can’t complaint because it’s about personal preferences, and everyone is different.

Bonus points - cats in the backyard. Cute and curious, but also shy and stay outdoors (in the backyard). Would like to stay in the place like that in the warmer months to just relax in the atrium or backyard.

The host Jane was very considerate in what she provided. There was a good view of the garden.

Great for a few nights away.

Great apartment with everything you could need. Tea, coffee, sugar, creamer all provided. Towels and toilet rolls along with shampoo and body wash. The TV had Netflix and the bed was extremely comfortable and large. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Communicate with Jane was excellent and clear. Great for a few nights. Only 15mins from the airport in a taxi, but trying to get one was a challenge and Uber and Bolt isn't readily available in Charleroi. Charleroi is a great location to see other places in Belgium, with Brussels just 50 mins on train, Brugge 2hrs and Gent 1hr 50.

It was a 30min walk to the train station which was mainly flat apart from the street the apartment is on, which had a slight incline. Dotts were readily available, just wish we'd had tried them out sooner.

Great value, clean apartment with lovely touches

Very spacious 1 bedroom flat, lovely light, lovely touch of filtered coffee maker, filters, coffee, and sachets of milk and sugar. Cookies too!

The bathroom shelf made it difficult to use the very small sink. Also, when the washing machine was used upstairs it made a lot of noise and the vibration made toiletries fall off the shelf. The location is 30 mins walk from the central station, but we were looking for quality accommodation and didn't mind the walk or 15 min tram ride

Peaceful and clean family stay

We had a lovely stay! The place was spotless, very family-friendly, easy to find, and exactly as described. The check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly. It's located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing.

The apartment was warm and cozy – a small fan and maybe something to keep mosquitoes away would make it even better during hot days. 😊 Thank you for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

I paid money to booking.com but I couldn't get a parking spot to parked a rental car the woman told me go and look for the third street so I got frustrated and left without checking in to the place. if have a car is not a good location.

no parking spot and it's not an hotel regular house in a dirty environment not good for business and family travels but may be young and solos can still adapt to the location

Enjoyed Brussels and Waterloo,but not Charleroi and the studio we stayed in.

Key collection was easy

Wifi was very poor.Inside seating area was also very poor (garden furnature)Bed was not comfy and was only accessable from one side so we had to climb over each other.The worst of all was the toilet which was at the end of the bed behind a small wall,but in the same room as the bed.No door or anything.The flat also smelled damp/musty.Location was what you could call interesting.The studio we stayed in was not for us,but the 1 bedroom apartment looked better.

Excellent staff, lovely clean studio apartment

It was clean with everything we needed for a one night stop over. Was allowed in early for children to use toilet and was allowed to wait in conservatory while cleaning took place. Very friendly lady. Lovely burger place called Huggys Bar, on center, 20 min walk.

Black out blinds on front and back window. Was very light in the room for sleeping.

We were given wrong code for the key box,and had to call the owner 2 oclock in morning to get correct code from our UK sim phone number...they should be careful giving code to people next time..this was the only issue.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura per via della vicinanza all aeroporto. Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e ci serviva solo da appoggio per i bambini per lavarli e farli riposare prima della partenza la mattina successiva. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato un appartamento diverso da quello descritto, 3 tovaglie medie per 4 persone ma soprattutto lenzuola macchiate e piumone bucato. Indescrivibile.

Molti disagi ed isolato ma comodo per due persone

Per una coppia o se si viaggia da soli il mini appartamento è comodo. In totale privacy.

Prima ancora di arrivare il proprietario ci comunica subito che c'è stato un guasto al box doccia e che l'avrebbero dovuta sostituire e per tale motivo non ci siamo potuti lavare per ben due giorni... inoltre le lenzuola erano sporche di candeggina, letto non proprio accogliente.. La posizione non buona, distante dal centro, anche se a circa 5 minuti vi era la possibilità di prendere un treno/metro che portava fino alla stazione centrale. Nelle vicinanze non vi era nessun locale/ristorante dove poter cenare, infatti ci siamo affidati a Glovo e Just it.
