For Urbex photographers this place is a must! Location is perfect for exploring, the building has charm and character and the people running it are incredible. The owner Serge is one in a million. Absolute legend!! This isn't a typical hotel and it isn't a cheap hostel either.. it's something completely different, it's really hard to explain but artists and explorers will feel right at home here.
I don't have any complaints. If you want a 5 star, spa experience then this probably isn't the place for you.

It's a place that has it's own vision. If the vision fits your idea of the stay you'll like it but don't expect a typical B&B stay... It's a artistic, urbex adventure. That's what we went there for and we were good with it. The welcome was friendly and warm the spaces are intriguing - that's what I liked!
It was a bit chill in the winter, probably in summer the experience is better

it meets the owner's description and the value for money is fine.
Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, mine felt like drowning in a pool, and expect a lot of noises coming from the steel factory right next to the building, and the room to be a bit dusty, the clealiness is not on point, I know it is not an hotel, but an alternative place for artists doesn't mean there wouldn't be a minimum of cleanliness.
