Best value for money

It is best value for money you spent, placed in a quiet area. It was a nice accommodation for 4 ppl during Belgium F1 Grand Prix. There are a lot of connections from Charleroi. Very friendly host, we asked if we could be accommodated sooner and we received accommodation 2 hours earlier than scheduled.

Dangerous from health and safety perspective

Netflix

Very dangerous stairs without a complete handrail. Not at all suitable and should have safety check or instal handrails on the wall. No door to bedroom. Old and worn linen. Old coloured cheap towels. Cheap chairs in the kitchen. The black chair is not at all stable and sofa bed was very poor quality, We were happy to leave as soon as it got bright. Dangerous and if a child or elderly person fell it could be serious. It was bad value for money. cutlery drawer was dirty as was the plug hole in the bathroom sink. I hope this will help to make the place safer and cleaner for future guests.

- we didn't feel location was safe - wifi password did not work - commuting to airport early hours of the day was difficult - bed linen didn't look clean, we have taken pictures of stains and dirt on the linen. -

Peaceful neighborhood.

Uncomfortable beds, very thin blankets and pillows. There were no extra blankets to cover us and the heating could not be raised to more than 19 degrees and for more than 12 hours according to the host. We have been cold. The bathroom is only separated by a curtain from the bedroom. It was very humid and cold and the towels were not dried.

the property was easy to find, had free roadside parking, WiFi & was very well-equipped. additionally the host was beyond helpful & very lovely.

we liked everything about the property. the only thing I feel I should mention, & this is in no way a total negative, is that the stairs leading to the bedroom & bathroom are a little steep. so, if you are travelling with young children, it’s well to note to take care when using the stairs.

Accessible facilement depuis l'autoroute, accès clés parfait, impeccable pour y passer deux nuits et être à Bruxelles en moins d'une heure. Deuxième paires de draps dispo pour le canapé, mes demandes ont été honorées et Umberto a été facilement joignable.

Périphérie de Charleroi

Emplacement stratégique, à moins de 3km du centre de Charleroi. Tout le nécessaire à disposition, cuisine équipée. Les propriétaires ont l'air tout à fait disponible.

Une horreur pour se garer dans la rue. Le sommier avait l'air un peu fatigué. Et un bon coup de ménage ne serait pas du luxe.

На фото апартаменты выглядят значительно лучше чем в жизни. На одну ночь переночевать может и сойдет, но второй раз я бы не выбрал это место, да и в принципе лучше поискать что то другое. - Местоположение неудобное. На карте этого не видно, но если вам нужно добираться сюда без машины - это будет очень печально - впечатление что идешь по промышленному сектору и по заводским районам. - В описании этого нет и на фото не видно, но апартаменты двухэтажные и на второй этаж ведет очень крутая и довольно скользкая лестница. - Мебель откровенно уставшая - и кровать и диван. Впрочем как и вся квартира. - Душевая кабинка доживает свой век. - Хотя пол в комнатах подмели но в углах комнат и ванны - грязь осталась. И УЖАСНАЯ грязь на лестнице - клочья каких то волос... Это было ужасно! - Посуду видимо сполоснули, но и только. Жир на ней чувствовался и хотелось перемыть. - Замок на входной двери заедал.

Gute Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Die Lage ist perfekt für die Reise von Charleroi. Man kann gut auf der Straße parken und für kurze Reisen kann man sogar das Auto da lassen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Das Bett ist klein und nicht so komfortabel und der Geruch im ganzen Haus ist sehr penetrant, aber wie gesagt für kurze Aufenthalt ist es sehr gut.

Mi-a plăcut faptul ca este în proximitatea metroului și am ajuns rapid.Am stat o singură seara cu un copil de 2 ani.A fost o plăcere să dorm intr-o casă belgiană. Cheia am obtinut-o ușor, prin intermediul unui cod.

Oké voor 1 nacht.

De locatie was perfect, dichtbij de luchthaven! De eigenaren hadden goede informatie gegeven. In de keuken lag wat koffie klaar. Gratis parkeren in de straat. Voor 1 nachtje om naar de luchthaven te gaan opzich prima voor deze prijs.

Het beddengoed was oud en smoezelig, zaten oude vlekken in. Douche zag er opzich schoon uit maar is wel toe aan vernieuwing. Toilet is boven (voor onze dochter die beneden sliep niet praktisch) Geen gordijn bij de voordeur waardoor de woonkamer erg licht was waar onze dochter sliep.

De verhuurder reageerde vooraf bij een vraag snel en vriendelijk

Het appartement ziet er totaal niet uit zoals op de foto’s. Het is oud, verwaarloosd, alle bedden zijn doorgezakt, de beddenhoes was te klein voor de slaapbank. De foto’s lijken totaal niet op de werkelijkheid. Gelukkig hoefden we hier maar een paar uur waren in verband met een vliegreis vroeg in de ochtend. De buurt oogt onfris en donker. Ik zou dit appartement zeer zeker niet aanraden voor een verblijf van meer dan een nacht en al helemaal niet voor een toeristisch verblijf. Het is deprimerend. Na het plaatsen van de review reageert de eigenaar dat wij een jaar eerder hier ook gelogeerd hebben en toen een uitmuntende review hebben geplaatst. Dit is niet waar, wij waren nóóit eerder in deze accomodatie! Toen ik dit in mijn review verwerkte, paste de eigenaar zijn reactie ook aan en haalde hij weg dat wij eerder daar gelogeerd hadden maar schreef hij dat hij ons gebeld heeft toen we in de accommodatie waren en wij toen heel tevreden waren. Complete onzin, hij heeft ons helemaal niet gebeld. Sleutels lagen in het sleutelkastje, we hebben verder niemand gezien of gesproken. Hij zal nu ook wel weer zijn reactie aanpassen. Vooraf was hij erg vriendelijk, dat heb ik ook in de review gezet maar nu, wat een kinderachtige vertoning. Ik haal bij deze nog 2 punten van onze review af, een 2 ipv de eerder gegeven 4. Geloof de goede reviews niet, een 10 voor dit, het is onmogelijk! Las elders ook dat eigenaar klanten onder druk zet mbt goede reviews, ik geloof het direct. Beste reizigers, ik zou een ander logeeradres zoeken als ik u was.
