Easy to park in front of apartment. Shops and bars around. Easy accecc to highway. Huge TV in the room. Small kitchen available.

good but bad

lovely apartment, apparently given wrong one, I had a separate bathroom which I did not like,, lovely comfy bed

had to unlock front door, lock it go to bathroom unlock it lock it, during night not good, it’s above a bar the Wednesday night was extremely noisy past 12 pm with music and singing. ,if your over 6 ft watch your head, 2 mezzanine floors in it, The lack Iv communication was unbelievable, when I arrived the lady in the bar knew nothing, 2 hours after finally getting a room, I received a mail on booking.com telling me my room number and how to get in( wrong room)

Good value for money, very comfy beds and nice towels.

Funky rooms with very comfortable bed, high quality bath towels, smart TV, friendly staff.

The kitchen equipment was not clean, there was fat all over the frying pan, greasy pots, stained tea cups, a tea spoon with sauce on it was in the back of one of the kitchen cupboards. Fridge wasn't plugged in so we had to rearrange the room upon arrival. No dish cloth so could not dry hands or dishes and the sponge provided was old and well used. The kitchen area was the only thing letting the room down, just needs more attention to cleaning there.

Unmaintained smelly room and unorganized host

good location, useful option to have a small kitchen

the check-in process is very confusing. The host didn’t provide enough information for us to find the box with the keys. In addition, the cypher on the box with key was wrong so we wasted so much time at midnight in the cold to find out the right cypher. The shower sewage was not working properly and the shower water flooded the room. All chrome fittings in the bathroom were full of chalk that hasn’t been cleaned for years. The room had cigarette smell, although the hotel’s policy forbids smoking.

Great location for travelling through.

Room was a fair size but had to go up quite a few stairs until we found the room. We got good descritption of where the keys were located but it doesn't look like an entrance to an accommodation. You can enter through the bar but our choice was to find the keys on the second entrance. Great location to bus stops for a short journey in to town. Parking was good aswell not far at all from the accommodation.

Blind in the room did not work to cover the window. Did not know who to really talk to and was not a big issue and didn't impact our stay at all. Would not stop us from using again.

cheap and comfortable, go on top floor if you need to avoid bar noise or go down and join them as they were having fun.

easy parking, convenience store across the road (we has to buy coffee pods), clean. good instructions and friendly people in the bar.

no coffee capsules for the coffee machine. only 2 towels, glad we had small bags as it was on the top floor so a lot of stairs

Sorry, not my kinda thing. Didn't feel safe nor luxurious. In other words, too expensive for what it is.

Disappointing. The pictures make it look better than it is.

An excellent shower, a very comfy bed and the room was spacious for two people.

We arrived after dark, and there wasn't any lighting in the access alleyway or on the three flights of stairs up to the apartment, we had to use our phones. Not very well equipped, (no bowls for breakfast as just one example). When we got there, there was water and a towel soaking in the kitchen sink, some of the limited cutlery was dirty, the fridge was unplugged, and although the shower was excellent, it leaked from one side in to the bathroom.

Location is absolutely not the best same as property from out side. If looking for something very very very local then it’s great. No for international travelers, it had no security.

Nous avons perdu notre temps et notre argent. Ne répétons pas nos erreurs.

Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude( Nous avons soulevé ce problème, mais il n'a jamais été résolu, donc le lendemain après le déjeuner, nous avons changé d'hôtel).À l'arrivée, il y avait de la poussière, une odeur désagréable et des déchets qui n'avaient pas été sortis.

Impossible de s’endormir avant 2h avec le bruit du restaurant. Puis réveillée en sursaut par des véhicules de polices dans la rue.

Très heureux

Le personnel est très accessible et accueillant. La chambre était très propre et bien spacieuse 😊 et les sanitaires bien entretenus. L'emplacement est très intéressant car facile pour les taxis. Nous étions en famille et tout s'est bien passé. Nous le recommandons vivement pour des séjours à Charleroi 🤗

Rien, arnaque complète.

Soit disant un appartement mais en fait, pas de vaisselle, même pas un verre, pas de torchon, une poêle mais pas de plaque de cuisson. Pas de grille pain ni de bouilloire. Même pas un gobelet dans la salle d'eau pour la brosse à dents et qui sent les égouts... Rideau électrique en panne ...
