Apartment is ok. The neighbourhood is not!

The apartment is really nice, however, the neighbours is quite dangerous specifically for women. If I ever go back to Chaleroi I wouldn't book this apartment.

The area seems a little run down and became noisy at night. But no issues.

Exceptional

Apartment is very clean and cousy. There is an lovely bakery next to it and there is also a quite good supermarket little bit futher down the street. I definitely recomend this location. The land ovner is very nice and polite lady.

Great apartment to base yourself for a few days if you don't mind a bit of walking.

The apartment itself is great. Comfy sofa bed and excellent kitchen with a little outdoor courtyard. The location is good for some things - mini supermarket nearby, takeaway food. 15/20 minute walk to the centre where there are more shops including a huge shopping mall. Another 10mins to the train station for Brussels and other places.

Its quite near the hospital and football stadium so constant sirens and on one night quite a loud event at the stadium. Like a lot of Charleroi its quite a run down area and the centre of the road was being rebuilt when we were there. We had to buy a corkscrew soon after arrival and dying for a glass of wine but there wasn't one (taken by a previous guest maybe) and it was surprisingly difficult to find one to buy locally. A bread knife and a kettle would also have been useful. Also no English instructions for TV, Cooker or Washing machine. Small details in an otherwise excellent short stay apartment.

Keine Möglichkeiten im Bad etwas abzustellen, keine Bodenmatte, zwei Duschtücher für drei Personen. Am Esstisch zwei von vier Stühlen so wacklig das man sich nicht hinsetzen wollte.

Hygiene van de gemeenschappelijke delen (inkom, lift) niet erg goed. Wifi kan beter.

Séjour de qualité

Les photos de l’appartement reflètent la réalité intérieure. L’appartement, les chambres,.. sont très spacieux. La localisation est assez bonne et contrairement aux commentaires, c’était assez safe! Un séjour de qualité dans un endroit de grande qualité ! Je commande à 100%.

Le petit bémol était le wifi qui beugait donc on avait du mal à se connecter.

Très bien et conforme aux photos

Hôte très sympathique et extrêmement efficace. L'appartement est très grand et très lumineux. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. De grands placards. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais elle semblait ne manquer de rien.
