We chose this accommodation mainly thanks to its near location to the Charleroi airport. The bed was really comfortable, the bedroom itself big enough, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom also pretty big. We arrived like after 10 p.m. and left early morning, it was just a short stay before an early flight from Charleroi airport, but absolutely a nice place, and moreover, great communication with the owner - Mr. Jean-Francois Ansion is the best!!!
We had just a short night in here, so we didn't find any issue, it was very nice place.

I like the bathroom, it’s huge
The sofa was kinda uncomfortable, it was old and not very comfortable to sleep on honestly. They should update it

The flat was very spacious, had excellent Wi-Fi,and offered free street parking.
At that price point and location, I don't see any disadvantages.
