Very comfortable stay with a wonderful host — we would happily come back again.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was nice and well equipped, and the shower was hot and lovely, which was especially great in winter. One room had a bunk bed, and the other room had a very comfortable king-size bed. At first it felt a bit cold because it was winter, but once we turned on the heating, the apartment warmed up very quickly — we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment also had nice tea and coffee. The host was amazing, very kind and flexible.

Located close to the airport, and ample parking space. Spacious apartment with private kitchen and bathroom. Very helpful host!

The address of the accommodation was not entirely easy to find; it would help if there were some photos from the outside, or a map with some directions. The apartment is also a bit atmosphereless, maybe it would be nice to add some plants and decoration.

The apartment was clean and had a modern look. The location is convenient for an overnight stay near the airport.

There was no hot water during our stay, which made it very difficult, especially with children. This was a major issue and should be fixed immediately.

Good stay next to the CRL airport!

Big property, close to the Charles roi airport (10 mins by car, not walk-able as the approaching roads don't have a walkway). The house was quite big and had all essentials in the kitchen.

Finding the property was a big task, the house number is somewhat hidden from the road's view. There are houses upstairs, and we could hear people walk/run at night.

Property was clean and nice.

The neighbor upstairs kept me awake all night. They were awake the whole night, and every step or any other movement could be heard in my apartment. Around 5 AM, they likely turned on the washing machine. Not good!

Bene ma si può migliorare

La casa era grande e comoda per ospitare 6 persone con il parcheggio proprio davanti la porta ed a 5 minuti dall'aeroporto.

La porta d'ingresso lasciava passare il freddo perché non perfettamente allineata. Eravamo in 6 ma abbiamo trovato solo 5 asciugamani e nonostante ne avessimo richiesto uno in più non ci è mai stato portato. Le dotazioni della casa assolutamente non adeguate per il numero degli ospiti ed i giorni di permanenza (un solo sacchetto dell'immondizia, carta igienica insufficiente, stoviglie piccole, per pulire solo una vecchia spugna e sapone per i piatti...)

Muy bien situado, aparcamiento en la puerta, ideal para dormir si vas al aeropuerto

La ubicación es fenomenal, muy cerca del aeropuerto, fácil llegada y muy detallada en las instrucciones, a falta de una mejor explicación de como cerrar la puerta de entrada, es cierto que dentro tienes un cartel que indica como hacerlo, pero no estaría de mas que lo pusiera en las instrucciones que envía, estuvimos un rato intentando cerrar hasta que las vimos. La casa estaba calentita y había café, infusiones y leche, si llegas por la noche se agradecen esos detalles. Aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Para pasar una noche esta genial.

Los colchones de las camas son muy malos, sobre todo el de matrimonio, había un agujero en la pared de ese cuarto y en algún otro sitio, podrían taparlos, trasmite falta de mantenimiento.

Niet weer voor ons

Het was schoon en fris. Host was erg vriendelijk per mail. Appartement is netjes in gericht maar geen kwaliteit. Jammer dat voor het nasturen van vergeten items de hoofdprijs wordt gevraagd!

Heel gehorig, slechte kwaliteit, stoelen, bank en bed. We waren bij vertel een jas vergeten. Nasturen kostte 50 euro!!! Ongelofelijk slechte service voor wat dat betreft.

Es war sehr schlecht 1 Kind war ohne Bettwäsche die Kontaktperson hat nicht mehr auf meine Frage reagiert! Einfach miser

Wir sind eine Familie 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Wir mussten leider feststellen dass Bettwäsche nur für 5 Personnen vorhanden sind. Ich habe das Gestern gemeldet und ob jemand uns Bettwäsche vorbeibringen kann? Die Antwort bitte rum in der Wohnung in den Schränken vielleicht finden Sie was! Das war echt Frechheit. Wenn man eine Reservierung für 6 Personnen bestätigt dann muss man dafür sorgen dass sie die entsprechenden Equipment sonst soll die Wohnung für maximal 5 und suche woanders weiter! Stattdessen bombardieren sie mich mit Dutzenden und sehr langen Nachrichten was ich nicht vergessen darf u d was ich tun soll! Ich würde die Wohnung überhaupt nicht empfehlen und über booking schon gar nicht ich bin sehr enttäuscht!! Ich finde hier booking macht zu wenig!

Door de gehorige bovenburen was het verblijf ondermaats anders was het dik voldoende voor 1 nacht.

De locatie lag op een ideale plek ten opzichte van het vliegveld. Genoeg parkeerplek voor de accommodatie.

Erg gehorig. Bovenburen waren continu lawaai aan het maken tot laat in de avond/nacht en ook weer erg vroeg in de ochtend. Niet heel veel slaap gehad hierdoor.

Een uur in de kou gestaan en daarna verder gereden. Geen geld terug, schandalig!

Niets beviel, want we zijn buiten onze schuld, nooit binnen geweest. Wel ons geld kwijt, want Booking zegt maar tussenpersoon te zijn en de locatie verwijst naar Booking als je je geld terug wil.

De locatie biedt aan dat je tot 23 uur kan inchecken. Wij stonden voor een gesloten deur en op bellen en mailen werd niet gereageerd. Uiteindelijk verder gereden en geld terug zit er niet in, terwijl de locatie duidelijk tekort is geschoten.

L'espace des pièces était super. Les volets aux fenêtres. La propreté de l'appartement. Arrivée sans encombre et apparemment chaud. Grande table dans la cuisine.

Tout le monde s'est plaint des matelas. Apparemment ils sont défoncés.

Des lits très inconfortables, des coussins et des couettes en matières synthétiques qui favorisent la transpiration. De la poussière dans tous les coins. Des murs mal isolés, laissant passer tous les bruits extérieurs : un chien qui aboie de 20h à 21h, et après 23h, les voisins du dessus, avec leurs enfants qui crient et courent jusqu’à 3h du matin. Nous nous demandions si nous devions appeler la police tant le bruit était dérangeant. Logement à éviter

La ubicación, al estar cerca del aeropuerto es muy buena para no tener que entrar al centro si al día siguiente necesitas viajar. El aparcamiento en la misma puerta también es un plus.

Pocos detalles, la casa es poco acogedora. Pero en general todo bien.
